Butcher and Beast Heighington in North Kesteven

Just left Butcher & Beast and can't give them enough credit for excellent food, if you a pudding fan like me try the sticky toffee pud it's absolutely gorgeous and really generous portions. All the staff were extremely through and friendly, will certainly be returning when in the area.

Great food, very tasty and a well kept beer with a nice cosy atmosphere. Definitely be going again.

Lovely warm welcome. Staff here are attentive and friendly. Sunday lunch here is good with a quick service. The nut roast is actually really tasty and not dry at all. The lamb roast is plenty too with good vegetables.

The feel of a friendly local pub with a great drinks selection and very good food. Staff were super friendly and the chocolate fudge cake was “the best I’ve ever had” according to my other half! Lovely beer garden too 👌🏻

Not local to the area but welcomed like we'd been many times before. Asked our server about dairy free options due to allergy, the chef came out to speak to us to ask some questions and to tell us what she could do (best service I've had anywhere with regards to this) made changes to my chosen dish to make it dairy free which was excellent. Sirloin steak was amazing. Staff really friendly and helpful- nothing was too much trouble. Social distancing guidelines managed well.Just want to say a special thanks to the chef for taking extra time to come speak to me about my allergy. Thank you

Homely pub food. Don't expect airs and graces but an honest menu and tasty food. Nine of us were accommodated in the conservatory, and we were served quickly. Food was generally good - the steak pie is highly recommended, the burger much less so. Any grumbles were dealt with quickly and happily. Food is on the pricey side.Parking is limited so be aware.

I bloody love this place. I brought my parents here for lunch today as they were up visiting me and I knew we'd get excellent food and service. We all opted for the Grimsby Haddock and chips with mushy peas and they were magnificent! The fish was enormous and I ended up only having a handful of the lovely chips as a result, but it was so tasty - as if we were having fish and chips at the seaside. The staff as always were very friendly and the service was perfect. I hadn't been in the garden before but it is a lovely little suntrap and we enjoyed it immensely. This pub is also very dog friendly and having 3 dogs along with us was no problem at all. I would recommend this place wholeheartedly to anyone looking for some lovely grub in a friendly environment.
