Ordered for the first time from Jade Garden off the new vegan menu tonight and we were amazed. The meat replacements for chicken, beef and prawn were surprisingly good, the textures and flavors were well done and we'll be swapping to these guys as our regular if the vegan menu continues.

We decided on a chinese tonight and tried the Jade Garden on recommendation of our neighbours. It was absolutely delicious and the chicken was actually chicken. With other Chinese shops in the area it was not chicken in our meal! We will definately be back and thank you.

Ordered from here once so far and was a good experience, food was well priced, decent portion sizes, not bad options for vegetarians. Would visit again

We get dinner from here most Saturdays, always the same dishes, usually very good indeed, but tonight our mixed balls were terrible - some just empty husks, some been left in too long and contents tough, hardly any prawn ones again. It's normally great here so give them another chance, but really disappointed tonightEDIT: Jade Garden took the trouble to contact me today to apologise for the disappointing dish last night and to offer to replace it next time we go. It's really good to think they care enough to track down the order and reach out to the customers - well done!

DisappointingNot having had a Chinese takeaway for a while, we didn’t want to cook in the heatwave we decided to order from the Jade Garden. In the past we have had brilliant food from this restaurant but today it was different.The spare ribs were tiny compared with previous offerings although they were tasty. The prawn crackers seemed to be a mixture of yesterday’s and today’s as some of them were not crispy, they were slightly soft and chewy. The special fried rice didn’t taste as expected as it was bland and seemed to be just boiled with other ingredients put into it. The rest of the meal was OK but not up to the standard l have previously had from the Jade Garden.Unfortunately this experience means that I will not be ordering from the Jade Garden in the foreseeable future until we are satisfied there has been enough time elapsed to risk giving the restaurant another try.

I would of given 5stars but, I think 2 hours was far too long to wait for a delivery. Had they stated the time I would of declined. I phoned after 1 hour he said on its way hmm I think not. The food when it did arrive was very nice though!

Ordered a takeaway on new year's Eve we use Jade garden as place of choice usually a good standard but oh dear I ended up with food poisoning and so did my husband so will not be using again. The food was very substandard the curry sauce tasted powdery and the chicken balls were not right and they missed the chips of the order.

Fantastic as usual! We had a lot of different Chinese takeaways since moving to Lincoln but this one must be our favourite. Food taste amazing! Portions are great! Service are superb! We will only use Jade garden only from now on... I respect other people reviews but if anyone thinks that the meat is chewy from this takeaway I seriously suggest a dental check! :) Delivery time is always superb but we understand if is delayed because the food is ALWAYS SUPERB!
