Always love their food, tastes amazing! If you order via just eat it is usually a little late so i usually call or collect :)

Not only was the food an hour late (not the first time this has happened) but this time, I also found a piece of material in the food. At first I thought it was pepper then noticed its irregular shape. Disgusting.

Ordered food to night was right bad been sick after eating food definitely not going bloody use them again

Only had a small order. 2 itemsCalled ahead to let them know I'd be picking it up on my way home.The lady on the phone was very friendly and sweet.Told me it was no problem at all.Food was awesome, hot and fresh."Seaweed" was perfectly crispy.Very pleased.Would recommend and will certainly order again.

AVOID. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. Terrible customer service and definitely will not be recommending or using again.Ordered at 5:45pm, food was due to arrive by 7:10pm but by 10pm the food had still not arrived. My order was Updated twice on Just Eat to say it had been delivered when it hadn’t. No response from calls to restaurant or via Just eat sending the restaurant reminders.Food finally arrived at 10:30pm, I sent this back due to the delay and I requested a refund via both the delivery driver and Just Eat and was given £3... for a £25 order.

Food was delicious and a reasonable price. Customer service was good and driver was quite on time. Thank you for the experience. Will be ordering from there again😊

40 minutes late... Cold on arrival and dry/old food. Delivery drivers comment of 'sorry it's late, weather's terrible' as I became aware of some vague drizzle like sounds on the pavement made me laugh though. Avoid

Late food although pre ordered 4 hours before. Poor customer service, didn't know what to say or do. If I could give zero stars I would.

DO NOT ORDER. Order was due in at 2120, so already an hour or so wait which is expected on a weekend. I rang them to be told the order was on its way and then it stated on the just eat app it had been delivered???! Rang them back to hear the chef/owner shouting in the background and to the poor girl I was on the phone to. Cancelled the order there and then. AVOID!

I use them with just eat. This time, they just cancelled my order as soon as I placed it. Last time the delivery driver just left the food on the front doorstep despite having clear instructions to use the back door. Food is average. Won't bother using again.
