Slow service, starters were stone cold and had to redo them. The mains took way too long to come out, even then they wasn't perfect. Ones steak wasn't cooked properly and then it was way overcooked to the point a fork couldn't get in.Never had a bad experience and can't say it was down to them being busy either as they wasn't that busy and had plenty of staff on shift. Wasn't worth the price at all.

Had taken parents out for a treat and staff were rude and food and service poorWaited to be seen staff to busy talking to see to us finally got seated by the one lovely member of staff she took our drinks order while we waited for our drinks other members of public was walking out they still hadn't been served only main menus on table so had to ask for lunch time menus by the time we had our drinks another table had there order wrong and were kicking off and again staff were standing around around talking only one member of staff looked like she was doing the work another lady came to take our order waited so long nearly gave up when it did come out steaks were raw sapossed to be medium well-done so when we someone we said about it they said they could sort it if we wanted but we had already pored pepper sauce all over them and the thought of another wait we'll it wasn't worth it we finally received last meal which we seen the guy carry around restaurant to different table then to us and he just said there and slammed it on table needless to say we didn't order dessert and won't be going back again

Valentines meal: scallops were very small but with a nice sauce! Burger was hard & chewy, came firstly with fries not triple cooked chips. When the meal returned the triple cooked chips were not cooked through properly & were hard in the middle. Disappointed with the main course! Chocolate brownie with ice cream was excellent.

Large group of us booked. Our first waiter Amber was brilliant efficient on the ball even to the point of getting on her hands and knees to remove food on the floor from a previous service. Drinks order arrived promptly, starter orders taken along with mains, however Amber finished her shift half way through our visit after that things went slightly down hill after that. The only thing that was truly hot was dessert. Our bill was wrong been charged extra for a drink that wasn't ordered and for two side orders that was requested but never arrived. Would be 2 star review but the excellent service from Amber hence 3 star.

The food was table service cooked to order . The selection was brilliant. From fresh fruit salad and Yogurt to porridge. From full English with eggs 4 ways to full continental and plenty of choice . Plus lots of different fruit juice and hot drinks to choose from . Value for money excellent.

Nice family eatery. Clean, modern environment, friendly, helpful staff. We've only ever gone for the breakfast which the kids love because they can help themselves to the unlimited continental type buffet while they wait for the cooked breakfast. Breakfast is very tasty.

My husband and I have just returned home from the Mill Lodge Beefeater in Lincoln. We shared the Nachos with pulled beef, which was not great, nachos out of a packet, with squirty cheese and pulled beef out of a sachet. My husband had chicken and ribs, the chicken was okay but he actually only had one piece of the meat from the ribs, he said the meat was tough and rubbery. My House Stack wasn’t even warm!Throughout our 45 minute visit we were bothered by a steady occurrence of some small flies, similar to the size of fruit flies. They were flying onto our food and in and around our faces. This was particularly unpleasant, we left before we finished our main meal as we couldn’t endure it any longer. We both killed several of the flies with our napkins. We asked for our bill, and showed the server the napkin with the dead flies on. We told him how unpleasant our visit was, he said they were aware of the problem but they were waiting for head office to deal with it. I told him that the problem should be dealt with straight away even if it meant closing the restaurant while it was treated. He said not every table was effected! This was not the response I expected, I was disappointed with this attitude towards the problem. He did discount the items we had drunk and eaten, however this still didn’t make the visit any better.

There is plenty of parking. Easy access.taken to a table which was reserved. Not crowded. Menu for food was extensive.service was good and professional. Did not have to wait long for service or food. Food was very good, and prices were competitive.

Decent place to eat. Lunch menu is available for cheaper prices. Double crunch wings are very crunchy and delicious but needs more dipping sauce. I also ordered a double crunch chicken sandwich, and it was very good espescially if you add more sauce. Clean restauarnt. Staff are very nice and friendly.

As I regularly stay and Premier Inn hotels for work it's always nice to come across great service. The night time service was excellent, all the staff that I interacted with were very helpful and friendly and speed of service was also great. The morning staff didn't disappoint either and the waitress was friendly and very helpful, a lot of chain pubs sometimes fall down on their level of service but not here, I'm very impressed by the level of service.
