Pizza Place in North Kesteven

Food is ok but one of the guys working there is very rude. I have spoken to him on 2 occasions and was rude both times.

This is the second time the order has been incorrect . The staff were rude ( answered the phone half way through serving me ) . The price was different at the shop from the one given over the phone.

Staff was very rude when serving. Kept rolling her eyes at us and just genuinely gave us a bad experience I felt very uncomfortable.

45 minutes late.asked for 14 inch pizza but only delivered a 12 inch and yet still charged for a 14 .chips dry hardly any meat on the pizza absolute shocking wished never gave them a tip

Our local and always reliable. The pizza and garlic bread is great, delivery is prompt, never had any problem. Our go-to takeaway

Awful. Only ordered as my usual was closed. Food was late, cold, and wrong. When I called up, the bloke just abused me and told me I was wrong. When I called back, apparently, there was a different boss, who was also abusive. Won't be ordering again.

Absolutely shocking, had bad experience last time with food being 2 hours late and stone cold. Not ordered for ages but thought id give it another go tonite and food 15 mins late and cold again. Tasted awful and made me sick. Will never buy from there again 😡🤢🤮

Absolutely disgusted! Rung up 4 times now to ask where 2 drinks were to be told by the Boss "always having problems" with our address...well yes, fatty, scrunched up Pizza, UNEATABLE, then another with no meat, then other orders with stuff missing...he asked me what I wanted, so I said my childrens' 2 cans of coke, which should have come with the food at 5.45 not 7.10 as it is now. I had already been told that the driver was on his way back, then the BOSS asks me what I want, so I said OK, my money back and then he replies so we NOT deliver to that address anymore and hangs up...gotta love good customer service!!!

Went last night, ordered 3 large kebabs and was told it would be 20 minutes so we paid and went and sat in the car to wait.Went back after 20 minutes and ended up waiting another half hour and then they tried to charge us again so that was an argument.Then we saw the kebabs - if they were large, I'd hate to see small!Quality of food and service was rubbish. Won't go again.

What an incredibly rude shop full of staff!!!! Rang to order a takeaway for delivery, person that answered passed the phone to presumably her boss!!! Tried to place order after saying where we needed delivery for and he said to hang on as another caller was placing an order before saying they were too busy and if I wanted a takeaway I'd have to collect it....then hung up!!! To be honest the food is pretty standard so will I or any of my friends be returning......NOT a chance!!!!!
