Pizza Plus in North Kesteven

Terrible service - ordered on Just East and was given a time slot, the food was due to arrive 7pm but was almost an hour early - some friends had not even arrived. The owner phoned my son and said he should be grateful it was early and he had to accept it as he was not cooking it again. Unbelievably rude and no idea about customer service. Will not be using again

Tried to make an order online for pizza order at 43.00 which was accepted and then it was cancelled i called and was told they couldn't deliver as they was too busy being only 5min drive i went to collect half a dozen people behind the counter not one of them wearing a mask 3 delivery drivers came in while i was waiting yes 3 and also not one of them was wearing a mask pizza wasn't great either

After moving locally we regularly used this place. Not anymore. £23 paid for a large chips, which came burnt in a small box. My chicken and Kofte kebab mix was merely 2 pathetic small slim strips of meat. My wife's complementary salad that came with her chicken burger I was charged £3-50 (only because she wanted it seperate in another box) I am disgusted and feel short changed. At least the kebab shop in Ruskington gives you a complementary bottle of pepsi when your spending that type of money. Never again. I did call the shop back and spoke to the young girl who was very apologetic and I did tell her it wasn't her fault. Needless to say I haven't heard from the owner/manager.

Ordered tonite for first time as moved locally. Food was cold. Requested salad on kebabs, there was no salad. Ordered cheesy chips, there was no cheese. Was told 45 mins for delivery. Took an hour and a half. I will give them one more chance. But not a good first impression.

Having waited 1hr 29 mins for 3 pizzas I called to see where they were. I was told they would be another 25 mins. Not good enough and you will not be getting my custom again

Best pizza place in the local area, really great pizzas not the normal rubbish you get from every other kabab house. 👌🏻

On 12 Oct 19, ordered on just eat around 9PM.Immediate phone call saying when it’ll be ready (5-10 mins compared to the 1hr on just eat).Once done delivery dude phoned me letting me know when it’ll arrive. I unfortunately lost signal but the delivery dude hung around after the time he arrived.I feel bad keeping him back on a Sat night, but I got the food ❤️.About 13 minutes from order to delivery minus the confusion of no phone signal.More drunken orders are on the cards!

Really lovely service and great food, these lovely gentleman are always polite and have a great sense of humour and go above and beyond customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend for anyone who wants decent take out.

I really enjoyed food from Pizza Plus when I was a teenager living with my family in Metheringham and although my current location and ability to drive means I now have the option of a takeaway in Billinghay or Woodhall I still prefer Pizza Plus for it's pizzas. American Hot has always been my favourite. Also the guys serving there have been there since it opened and are really friendly.

Staff always friendly, food fresh and consistently good. Prices fairly competitive for the area. A good selection of decent pizzas and their kebabs are nice too. Premises ALWAYS spotless!
