Very nice garden centre. Had a tasty lunch in the pretty cafe area. Reasonably priced. Always pop there when I come up North

Fully stocked garden centre; flowers, plants and compost plus everything else you need. They even sell a small selection of local food, sausages and cakes, for example.The café is fully open, serving a good selection of savory food and cakes. The Full English is pretty good!

Good variety of gardening products and the restaurant is great for dining in. Staff friendly and polite.

Disappointed with scones. We tried cutting them in half, but because they are flat and obviously over cooked they just broke in loads of pieces. I'd say more like Rock cakes definitely not scone texture. Might be a good idea to offer to cut customers scones in half for them, it would only take a few seconds and it's going that extra mile. Some might say this takes time cutting them in half but we asked for a refund and of course this kept other customers waiting so not good. You need a good serated knife not an ordinary knife excuse the pun but that just won't cut it.

Our first visit. Really impressed. Plenty of parking. Clean and tidy. Good selection of reasonably priced quality plants. Plenty of gardening accessories. Lovely cafe with great cakes. The food looked good too. We will be back for a longer visit next time 👍😁

We found this lovely place purely by chance. The food looks amazing. We just had coffee and teacake but it's certainly a place to get a very decent lunch. Lovely plants and gifts. A real treasure trove.

Well stocked with a good variety of plants and garden furniture. Friendly staff
