Spring Chinese Take Away in North Kesteven

Waited over 2 hours for no food to be delivered .Was told at 8.32 it was out for delivery , no food by 9.17 and cancelled at 9.30. Was told “ sorry we re busy “! Another example of a small business surviving purely cause it’s out in the sticks and we have no other option.Come on Deliveroo, add Branston to your books so that we can have capitalism at its best but at least we will have reliable , big brand food delivered on time and not a ruined hungry sat night ! Shocking . This type of take out place and its shoddy one man delivery service surely is running out its days.

1st time used this - will definitely be going back

Amazing food here. We moved to Lincoln a few years ago, tried many and I mean many Chinese takeaway to try and match the place we used to go to and this place was the hidden gem we were waiting for. We order religiously every week because it's just so good! Anywhere else is just a disappointment now.

We placed an order at 6:15 on the 14th August the person on the recieving end said food would arrive 1 hour to 1 hour 45 minutes. We waited a whole 2 hours for it to come we didn't take it as it was far too late. Food is good there but tonight's service was appalling. Delivery driver was totally understanding We ordered in Branston. Really quick.

Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Tasted absolutely amazing, chips were spot on. Was ready within 10 minutes of ordering!

Ordered Aromatic Duck, when I got home realised they had forgotten to put the sauce with my order!!

Ordered from here last night. Was told delivery would be 20 - 30 minutes. Food arrived after 25 minutes. Was piping hot, and absolutely delicious! Will definitely be ordering again.

Really good food, great service!! And reasonably priced. My favourite take away restaurant around!

Order came and some was wrong. Rang up he said he would give us a discount next time but now stuck with a tub of bean sprouts nobody will eat, short on food, no refund or offer to send out correct food. Very disappointed. also chips and prawn toast very dry. Won't be using again 👎

Would not recommend this Chinese at all. The customer service to start with was appalling was made to hold for 10 minutes before they was able to take the order and then had to call back as was over an hour and half wait for to be told it was on its way. We then received the order and knew that one of the things we received was wrong so called up (I am aware people make mistakes so just wanted this to be resolved) I was told by the girl on the phone that my dad had not asked for the dish considering 4 other people in the room had heard him say it and was called a liar. She told me that she would need to speak to someone else where I could hear the entire conversation of her making impressions of me and still advising what I presume the manager that we had not asked for the dish when we absolutely did. In the end it was going to be delivered to us however the rest of the food was cold when they delivered and the crispy chilli beef was not crispy and was soggy and the BBQ ribs were just fat. Will definitely not be coming back with just pure rude staff.
