Subway in North Kesteven

Ordered through delivery, and only got a six inch when I payed for a foot long, the rest of the hot sides came cold and soggy, and finally the cookie is pretty much raw and wet

Shocking from the start. I was being served then another women was trying to serve person behind me at same time by the end 3 people where being served and getting in each others way all through serving. Got home footlong had not been cut and when unwrapped hardly anything was left in the bread everything just fell out had to eat with a knife and fork. Total mess unhappy with the experience.

Good speed of service, assuming that the people in front of you actually know what they want!! Never ceases to amaze me that people can be in a queue for 5 minutes, be surrounded by all the food options and still not know what they want to eat. Somewhere a village is missing it's idiot!

Maria the manager is completely insane. I wasn't wearing a mask, forgot my exemption badge, she went mental, was very two-faced as she smiled, but was also very rude. Will not visit again. Poor, very poor. :)

Couple of times I’ve been in on Sunday it’s been closed, first time checked online and it said it shuts at 8pm so went in (after 7pm) and was told it shut at 7. Went in again couple of weeks later, just before 7 and was told it was shut! Not impressed 😒

Nice staff, standard subway quality some really good deals.

Its a Subway. Not fine dining, but good food on the go. Franchise in a Spar shop. No seating.

As a Subway franchise goes, this one is as proficient and customer friendly as others yet the guy behind the counter each evening we attend for my son to order his kid,s meal, is so friendly and interchanging in polite conversation with both my lad and myself. A credit to his workplace.
