Seems like a nice local. Only had a quick drink there. Didn't eat, but the food smelt good

Went Saturday and bar and pub absolutely clean,staff are very friendly,done well with covid-19 situation in the pub for you,games room immaculate,pool table,darts and even got sofas in the games room,food was lovely

Bar, bar food, restaurant and takeaway food what's not to love. Excellent landlord and fantastic friendly staff. Lovely clean and tidy pub with an excellent atmosphere.

A week old and under new ownership, this famous old pub, tucked away in a quaint village away from the frantic hubbub of 21st century life, offers ambient facilities for families to enjoy a casual visit or to one of the many food related events, while the kitchen is being prepared for opening.

Nice food, cold selection of beers, nice to see this village pub back open. Use it or we will loose it x

Now Re-opened as of July 2017, just had a wonderful meal at a reasonable price. Worth a try

Was a lovely pub until it shut down for good after we moved into Potterhanworth about a year ago. The food and the service was exceptional. Shame it won't open again.
