The Green Man in North Kesteven

We dropped by for lunch today as we were in the area. We had a great dining experience: excellent service, superb food and a lovely setting. We will be back!

Food was delicious and very generous. Took a while but cooked fresh and worth the wait. Service and decor was lovely. Only improvement would be some background music and would LOVE to see an EV charger here. Would make it a regular stop off the A1 for a meal and dog walk.

While this seems very much a gastro pub, me and the family dropped by from the local campsite just for drinks and a bowl of chips. The service received was excellent and we totally enjoyed our experience.

Advised initially no room but then another member of our party asked to be told yes? Little slow for food to arrive but all freshly cooked and lovely meals so wait worth it.

Goujons of fresh fish in beautiful batter and best chips ever. And my goodness what a portion! Super lunch and great selection of lo/no drinks.

Called in tonight for a meal even though we hadn't booked the staff was happy to accommodate us.Lovely clean pub, fantastic and professional staff.Food Was brilliant and a decent portion size too.All round great meal out and will be visiting again along recommending to family and friends.

Lovely Sunday dinner.Very nice country pub with outstanding food.Was served by very helpful staff.Now we have tried it we will be back.Top marks to the chef and team.

Fantastic Sunday lunch. Amazing friendly bar staff. What more could you want?!

Second time eating here. Went New Years Eve with another couple. Not many people eating.Food was good. Thought desserts were expensive. Nice ambience after I asked for woodburner to be lit as we had reserved table 3 so as we would be near fire!
