Coalville Grill in North West Leicestershire

The food was cold and absolutely foul, meat was tough and the chips were like cardboard! All reheated by the taste of it all. The salad was brown - wouldn’t give it to my dog! No apology from the owner. Will not be ordering ever again

1st time ordering from these guys. Had a large vegetarian pizza and Wow! What a pizza! Very tasty and cooked to perfection. Will definitely be back when I’m passing through.

Literally my favourite takeout place of all time. Have never eaten from here and been disappointed. The prices and people are great too :)

Yesterday i have ordered a pizza thinking was a good choice and tonight i woke up around 2 Am and i threw up for 1 hour and afterward i have been all night with an HEAVY stomach ache. Today at work i cuold still feel that cheap pizza in my stomach. I think they use expired ingredants and cheap base...no more one delivery from here

My gosh again guys xD in last 3 of 4 times you forgot about my drink and 2 of 4 times about my fries... I was drunk and didn't check it, I was crying last night eating this delicious donner with garlic sauce but no fries and drink 🙄 ... I know you're busy but ffs come on... food it's great, customer service excellent but need to check order before you give it to the customer 💪... see you next weekend 😜 ... Pre-Ordered a meal, including a kids meal, off justeat for delivery over 90 mins in advance and it arrived over 15 minutes late. Very unhappy child and it wasn’t a big order so no excuse for lateness. Food itself is reasonable but didn’t make up for the wait

We order from here regularly and for some reason the food quality has gone down hill. 3 weeks ago I had a bad stomach from a burger and last week the chicken was still.pink inside. I emailed a picture to coalville grill and never heard anything back. Wont be having anything from there again.
