Globe Inn in North West Leicestershire

Lovely local gastro pub with a small tourist caravan park to the rear. Very pleasant and welcoming staff with a great menu will definitely return.

Lovely looking pub inside and friendly outdoor area. We dropped in for drinks and to check out the menu, which we couldn't find easily on line. Unfortunately no food Sunday evening or Monday.

Went for sunday dinner at £12.95 each only small plate only 1 piece of cauliflower cheese and a smallbowl of mixed veg for 2 nice but not enough for the price

Went for a meal this Saturday the 14th, meal was ok, but then an argument erupted between some of the staff and the owner ( I assume) seems all isn't well at the inn. Probably stick to the horse and jockey always good.

We visited The Globe whilst on our canal boat holiday. Apart from sitting in the snug and being bounced around by everyone who walked past, the service, menu and food were spot on. We went at lunch time and the portion sizes were perfect.

We held a family party for my husband's 70th birthday in their private dining room upstairs.From start to finish it was a great evening. We were well looked after with faultless service and the food was very good in both quality and quantity!We were allowed to decorate the lovely room for the occasion and the evening was fully enjoyed by all.

We love it here! It has a really nice vibe, staff are really friendly and it just a really comfortable and pleasant place for a drink or meal. We've always been really impressed with the food too. Lovely for sitting outside in the Summer too.

Had a lovely lunchtime meal of steak pie. Exceptional beer (Wye Valley) light and refreshing. Pub was very busy but staff were friendly and polite. The Globe Inn was halfway round our circular 9 mile walk along the Ashby Canal towpath and fields from Shackerstone

Very nice stopped before a trip back on are canal boat staff are very friendly service's was excellent for was very nice highly recommended also dog friendly pub .
