Kfc in North West Leicestershire

Just opened my Boneless Banquet. Awful, hardly any chips, chicken popcorn overcooked and shrivelled, 3 pieces of chicken with hardly any coating on it!!

Very polite and efficient staff. helpful and courteous.

As KFC go this was clean and tidy, food was just right.

Nice, clean establishment,polite staff today.Needs more crush 'ems options, toilets need better upkeep.But overall, fine.

Not a good experience. Queued for at least 30 minutes, then no gravy, sweet corn or mash sides. Settled for beans then when we opened box nothing to eat them with. Some customers food wasn't ready and they had to park up and wait while some member of staff had to keep running out giving them their meals. Some customers gave up and turned around in the queue and drove off!!

Genuinely the worst KFC experience I've ever had.Chicken tower taken back as chicken was hard and even tasted reheated. Then attitude from the staff as I was told that they're all the same.Go to a different K.F.C !!

Not a huge fan of KFC, its usually my sons favourite place so have visited a few. This is by far the best, it's strangely quiet but the staff service is amazing. Normally lucky if you get any acknowledgement elsewhere but the staff here are polite and on the next level. You get what you get at KFC but the brilliant service is unheard of! Well done KFC Coalville.

Always disgusting, I’d rather go out of my way to the Ashby KFC, at least I enjoy the food there. Surprised this is still open with how many bad reviews it has. Never had a nice meal from here.

Probably the worst KFC I've been to. could be cleaner and the food always tastes a little off n'all. Not so bad that I won't eat it, but enough for me to notice it's better/fresher at other stores.
