Awful! I needed to return a parcel that was left on my doorstep but that wasn't addressed to me and, over 3 phone calls, I didn't manage to speak to a person because their bot is not equipped for this kind of cases and didn't let me go through to an operator. Awful customer service. There should always be an option to get through to people if matters are not resolved!

Avoid if you can!!! The workplace is good, colleagues are friendly, team leaders are alright. However, recruiters from Staffline, who are called ''staffline supervisors'' are the worst. They are unprofessional, have bad communication, keep messing your wages every week and also racist. I would recommend to beware of one of the recruiter from staffline. He was watching me for about half of the day and then came to me with a handwritten paper and shouted at me why I went 3 minutes early for my break. Even though, I came back 5 minutes early. This so called '' supervisors'' are racist and will ruin your days and force you to quit the job. Avoid!!!

Good pay and better pay for nights. Nice management. Loads of parking. Free hot drinks. I worked as a temp for staffline and they were quick to get me to work which was good for me. I'd recommend getting your own comfy safety shoes due to 12 hour shifts on your feet. All stations have pressure mats and the job is easy, usually with good tunes or the radio on. When I found a permanent job it was super simple to leave with no hard feelings.

I worked nights, picking. 12 hour shifts + 3.5hour travel. They advertise the night pay rate at £11.04 but you are paid a lower rate before 10pm and your breaks will be scheduled after 10pm at the higher rate. You get two 30 minute breaks + 7 minutes for walking which is not enough or too much depending on where in the factory you work.Food is terrible!! Stick to coffee, pre-packaged M&S food and the deli bar. Most of the staff are helpful and friendly!Management needs a make-over. Some of the management just sit around all day and do as little work as possible and refuse to deal with serious issues raised by staff. On the other hand, there is some great Managers in this place that will make sure thing are done safely and as intended by the guidelines of warehouse work. It all depends on where you work as the warehouse is massive.Pickers have impossible targets that they will keep hounding you about. Just do the best you can, they have not fired anyone for not reaching the targets.I would not recommend working at this place unless you live close by, not raising a family or have other big commitments outside work. You will have random/odd days off work so you cant plan for much and you should be prepared to sleep and rest your feet on your days off work.

Is not a good place to work. The management is bellow of any standard, I do not know how this company survive. The agency who provide workers is worse, bad communication, no Customer Care, no efficient contacts, issue with the wages payment all the time. The only good think is salary but the shifts of 12 hours are inhumane and unsafe.

A brilliant business to work for with customer and people values at the forefront. A definite career opportunity company that encourages improvement and growth within its employees. A feel good place! With the right mindset a career move for life.

Disgusting work place! They treat you lowest than low. Agency always have problem with payroll. And if you would like to progress here you will have to sleep with somebody high there or kiss arse very well. Good luck!
