Mcdonald's Restaurants in North West Leicestershire

Waited 20 mins for food to be brought to car park,sprite zero was just soda water,nuggets were burnt,3 Deliveroo drivers perving on young girls leaving and going in.what the hell has happened to this place?! Delivery drivers taking all parking bays,including disabled.This branch should be ashamed of themselves.

I have been there today, 1 hr ago. I can understand that you are busy But maybe you should think to hire more Staff? I will leave my Grand Big mac without any comment. I did not speak to any of you as I did not want to wait another 20 minutes for my order.

Dreadful. Absolute horror show of an experience at the drive through here. Ok it was after midnight, but we waited half an hour for our food and when we arrived it was gruesome. We hit the road straight away as we were running late. For a start the chips were cold and under seasoned. When we unpacked the first burger, the top was on the bottom and the bottom was on the top. That was funny. Hah hah we thought, what a chuckle. Then I opened my grand big mac with bacon, to discover the travesty in the attached photo. I don't know how you manage to build a burger so wrong that you fail to put ANYTHING in the top half. And if you do, what spangled state of mind you'd have to be in to think "ACH it's fine, nothing wrong with that, good to serve". I mean really. Oh and there was no bacon in it either. Thanks but no thanks. 0/10 would only visit again if I wanted to torture myself and I'd run out of things to self-flagellate with.

Always use the drive though and never had any issues with it, food always hot and well prepared, quick service too, this is my local branch as well.

Everything is good except the chip portions! Every time I get a large, there's barely a medium in there. I've started having mediums and I'm getting more for less 🤷‍♂️*Edit I've added a second photo of medium fries! Why do you get less when you get a large 🤷‍♂️

Although we have used the survey discount many many times on this occasion they were unable to process valid vouchers without reason, the guy said its because the till only allows one then blocks the next sale?? Funny as that's how we have done it for years for 3 of us sometimes 4!

Cant complain about much as its just mcdonalds but since they done uber i had wrongfs items last 2 time! First i was straight up missing items and tonight i wanted to tey the double big mac but i only recieved a normal big mac burger so im missing 2 beefburgers from it. i feel the more i use mcdonalds through uber the more it gives be fuel to fire at them, they are still sending the old toys with happy meals when the new ones should be out and we didnt even get a toy it was the older dinosaur mini books so was left unhappy today. had to promise a new one for next time so if your still not doing new toys 2 weeks into it im not coming again. not sorry.

Order off uber eats x2 large meals big tasty meal and Mcchicken sandwich and don't even get the mcchicken sandwich! I ring them to get this sorted as just want my food they said there's nothing they can do as it has to go through uber eats to get my refund! No I just want my Mcchicken. Sick of having missing items. Bloody ridiculous.

The past 3 months I’ve been to this place I’ve been asked to park into the bays and wait, even if I’ve just had a burger. Don’t normally mind but it’s everytime I go there, do they only have one cook or something? Chips are always stale and everything else is cold, and they only deliver within Coalville, which is literally about 2/3 miles. Can’t be good for business, just an overall bad branch of McDonald’s.

A weekly treat. Today I thought I'd try something new along with my regular latte. Yummy cheesy bacon flatbread highly recommended. Great service, nice food, clean restaurant and I use the app so hassle free. All great
