Morrisons Cafe Coalville in North West Leicestershire

Me and my partner decided to go for breakfast and remembered Morrisons to be a decent meal, but today the standard really has gone downhill. My partner ordered the ultimate breakfast and I had the vegetarian one, we had to wait about half hour for the food to come out and when it did my food was lukewarm and my partners was missing hash browns. We definitely won’t be going back for breakfast anytime soon.

I took my daughter and granddaughter for a treat how disappointed I was. The first breakfast came and it was cold my daughter spoke to the lady who offered a refund or another breakfast. We opted for another breakfast which was like warm when it arrived but the egg was not cooked properly and everything cooled down quickly. I was not impressed with the quality and will not return anytime soon

Can never order from coalville while at work. Never open at all for online orders.

Ridiculous wait for breakfast. After 30 mins I asked where my order was and was abruptly told it'll be another 10+ minutes as they were busy. No apology for the wait, just an attitude.Why wasn't I informed of the likely wait at the time of order? (As they do at other cafes!)Rude and inconsiderate staff.Can't rate the food yet as not been served but won't expect much. Might ask for a refund if this goes on much longer.Wouldn't recommend this based on the poor level of service and rude staff.

We go to Morrisons Cafe several times a week and on the whole their breakfast is very good. However on Monday we went and was so disappointed. My husbands breakfast comprised of a burnt fried egg, greasy bacon and a hash brown that looked like it had been out for hours. On top of this there were many tables filled with dirty dishes, it was difficult to find a clean table. Please Morrisons this is not your usual standard, it would seem to me that you need more restaurant staff.

I went in on Wednesday afternoon expecting ok food but my word, i had the fish finger sandwich/ciabatta and it was AMAZING!!! Freshly cooked chips that were crispy and the fish was just incredible. Hot, crispy and fresh

Was very disappointed with my experience at morrisons cafe decided to go and have some lunch with my partner after ordering our meals the first thing I noticed was the dirty tables staff had not and were not cleaning them after others had finished and left the cutlery was dull and unpolished. Then we had the delight of the food( Not) my partner had the big breakfast the eggs were like rubber sausages were burnt he found this hard to digest I had the fish and chips just bland and dry sorry to say we won't be eating there again.

They could cut the queues by making the dishes less complicated. It was busy and the one member of staff was really under pressure on her own. We thought she was so patient with everyone and even though it lengthened the wait she took her time to ensure every customer had a moment of her time and that their orders were correct. A rare quality these days!

We regularly have a breakfast before doing our shopping. Don't think we've had a hot breakfast in weeks!. My husbands beans and bacon was stone cold and he sent it back. The beans again were stone cold. The manager was quite rude and said they had been probed, they pronably had from the centre of the pot but they needed stiring. I had cold poached egg on dry brown toast but they hadn't strained it so it was water logged. Very disappointing. Majority of staff ate polite. Drinks are always cold. Shame it used to be lovely

Now I have got used to the new ordering system it's working well although I do miss the interaction and chat with the staff. The place is always clean and the food more than adequate. I would recommend anyone to eat there.
