Nick’s Fish Bar in North West Leicestershire

I would like to give them 4.5 stars as the couple of times I have had a salad from there, asked for no onions but I got home I found onions in the salad.

Lovely chippy, served by a young lady (Blonde hair and glasses, Lisa? Elissa?) - very pleasant and polite. Nice food, will be back!

Maybe we just got unlucky, but usually love the food from here. The portions are just out of this world and very good value for money.Found the fish this time to have a very strong fishy taste. I mean, yeah, it's fish. But normally we find cod to be quite mild tasting.Hopefully we will come back again one day and have a better experience.

Good price for a traditional fish and chips, the fish was huge and really tasty.

Fabulous food, was caravaning nearby and this (plaice)ha ha, place was recommended to us by the site owner.Fantastic kebab meat and the wife loved the fish.Would recommend this to anyone.

Being disabled the staffbring my order to my car.The staff are fantastic friendly and caring. They help always. The fish shop is immaculate very.clean in all areasThe cod is to die for its beautifully white and massive.

I have no problem with Nick fish bar at all, food is great but unfortunately for past two weeks couple times I keep getting old soggy reheated chips 🍟Very disappointed about that. Put everything to the rubbish bin 😒 😑Hopefully that will be sorted...or next time we will have to bring it back to the shop.
