Starbucks in North West Leicestershire

I wish read the reviews first. Most time I do a drive-thru order, they always forget stuff of my order. Its kind of frustrating as I adore Starbucks. I have go back through drive thru or the staff have to make my drink again. I use drive thru as having my baby in my car and conveniant for it. Some orders are done correctly. Its a hit and miss!

Lovely place inside. Such a pity its in a car Park!. Would be much better sited somewhere nicer. Lovely polite staff and lovely products.

Today's Sunday morning staff 5 star service. Quick friendly and drink (forget me not frappichino) mixed to perfection, so much so we went back this afternoon for another. Service was super slow, even though it was quieter, and drinks weren't mixed well at all and tasted completely different and disappointing. Well done morning staff, up your game afternoon staff

Nothing ever seems to work at this starbucks... Either the drive-thru is coned off for some reason, or there's a notice stuck to the tannoy saying "card machine broken, cash only" or "we can't accept Starbucks card/rewards, this is not our fault".As somebody said here, I've had more times driving straight through the drive-thru than I have actually successfully ordering a coffee... When I have, it tends to be a 15 minute wait! It's not the end of the world, but a bit annoying when you're on a break or you've gone for a quick coffee and its either a wasted journey, or you end up waiting for ages to get your drink.

I don't know what's happened, everytime I try to use this Starbucks, they have chocolate, they have no syrups, the card payments aren't working... I've driven straight through the drive through more than making successful orders

Relaxed environment, could do with having the tables a little further apart, but enjoyed a nice Latte with my partner

I was the only person waiting inside it took 10mins before I got served and then another 15mins for my coffee to be made and by this time my ham and cheese croissant had gone cold on the side as the staff priorities the drive thru.

Absolutely appalling drive through service. Just taken 40+ minutes to get a coffee. No apology. When mentioned how long we had waited, told it was busy inside - it wasn’t that busy! Drink was split when being prepared whereby 3 members of staff fell about in hysterics. I was eventually passed my coffee stained cup. Won’t be visiting again!

What is this pathetic example of a bacon roll? How do you at Starbucks take pride in offering this level of quality and value? In my opinion it is worth nothing more than £1 for such an offering.
