The Charnwood Arms in North West Leicestershire

Had a lovely time here with friends, the food seemed great and staff to! I had the chicken skewers that's seemed lovely and my boyfriend had the steak with mixed vegetables with it, we seemed to be ok, but in till we got home 4 hours later our tummy's haven't been the same since, I think you need to check your kitchen for Salmonella we've been very ill, it's been a long time since we've felt like this. Such a shame we had a lovely time to 😔

Lovely place for a couple of bevvies after work and the food is good too! Staff are very busy but still find time to serve the bar and run food in a timely fashion. Rare to see these days well done guys.

The food and drink was very reasonably priced. My fish was a bit dry but I still enjoyed my meal. They have a good selection of beers and ales. My table could have been wiped after the last customer so I’ve dropped a star for that. The staff were very friendly and polite.

Had a fab meal at the charnwood arms. We came for 2 for 1 burgers and they were amazing. Ella R was our waitress and she was so lovely. Great customer service and fab menu. Would definitely recommend.

This is now a hungry horse so portions are enormous. It is not a place for those who count calories!!! The food is very nice but there is a lack of salad and low calorie alternatives on the menu. The eating environment is nice and it's easy to get around and the staff are very accommodating as two of our party had mobility issues. Well worth a visit for a cheap huge meal!

Been going to the Charnwood Arms for years. The food isn't the best quality, but for these amazing prices you don't expect it to be! For what it lacks in quality, it makes up for in quantity. So if you're looking for a cheap, big meal and you're not too picky when it comes to frozen food, Charnwood Arms is your ideal place!

Food lovely and great value, child friendly, nice clean place, and nicely decorated, staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back.

They have fantastic deals, the picture below is based on the Saturday deal whereby each wooded plate is 7.50! Can't go wrong with such a price.However it wasn't the tastiest to reach 5 stars

Meal is great, staff are good, prices fantastic... Screaming brat not so much but they should be outside or in a seperate part of the restaurant honestly. Don't put families with very young children in the middle of everyone. Other family restaurants do this for comfort of all other guests.
