Very friendly staff willing to make the extra effort. We were on the way out as no tables available and a member of staff came after us and sorted one out. Jacket potatoes and tea for 2 in proper teapot. Delicious.

A lovely little cafe. Went for breakfast and the ladies were friendly, efficient and polite. The food was very good and prices excellent. Their cakes looked great too so I may have to go back to sample them

Very nice and friendly place, they were able to accommodate our group of 10 at short notice and although we were a large group the service was quick and the food was lovely. Would definitely go again

Lovely atmosphere, clean and staff are very helpful. My cream tea was lovely. The only disappointment was my friend's milkshake, which was mainly froth and not much milk.

Generally a bit of a let down. It's an okay cafe with an outside seating area (shame the chairs were uncomfortable). Staff were friendly but slow. The toasted sandwiches were nice. Also the lemon and white choc cheesecake was lovely. Unfortunately, the lemon meringue pie was a huge let down. Such a shame.I tried going a second time as I thought it might be a better experience. Unfortunately, the cakes displayed were of a poor selection. No Victoria sponge, carrot cake or coffee and walnut and none of the nice cheesecake like last time. So we decided to leave. Also, it was quite busy inside and a customer was unfortunately seated about half a meter from the door, facing the entering customers, while eating a full lunch. Which was a bit uncomfortable.

Wonderful staff and excellent food. Staff went above and beyond to meet the complicated dietary needs of my wife.Photo shows a desert they adapted specially so that she could have one.
