The Shoulder Of Mutton in North West Leicestershire

This is one of the worst meals I have ever had.The food was cold steaks were nothing but gristle and not cooked as requested. No steak sauce came with the meal and when we raised this it was brought to us and again was cold which ruined our meals. The meals were replaced but again food was cold and of poor quality. Would give Wetherspoons a very wide berth in the future.

Had breakfast with family.For the money couldn't fault it. Really friendly staff. Clean toilets.

If you want cheap and cheerful then go to The Shoulder of Mutton, burger and chips£2.99bargin manager special. Sad to say the tables needed clearing and wiping more frequently but that's Spoons for you

Being a wetherspoons pub, you know what to expect before going. But this is one of the best I've visited personally. This is definitely worth considering for a pint or a meal in Ashby. But can get very crowded on the weekend.

Food was nice, arrived in a timely fashion and the staff were friendly.One star marked off because the walls on the alcove we were sat in could do with a thorough clean down of the walls etc

Typical Weatherspoon. The food was tasty, cheap and quick to arrive. The choice of craft ales was a bit limited though. There were more mainstream beers in the pumps.

Haven't been here for quite a few years. An upmarket Spoons with a spacious beer garden and a smart interior.I had the veggie breakfast with extra hash browns replacing the missing quorn sausages. The breakfast was okay, although I should have had extra beans instead.Friendly service.Parking at the rear is free for one hour, however, get a ticket.

This is how many chips that came with my burger. I know the chef is stingy with his chips so I paid £3 for an extra portion that never came. The manager was unapologetic and only offered a refund or my chips after i'd my meal. I told it was a load of sh#t and walked off in disgust.

Extremely well kept, nice and flat. Next door is YHA, good food, not cheap.No idea of showers and toilets as closed due to covid. Lots to do around the area.
