Delicious food, friendly staff and massive portions. You won't be disappointed.

Either we were served very big portions or we ordered the wrong amount; the outcome, however, was the same as we had a lot of food. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. Service was fast and all the staff were polite.

The worst restaurant experience I have ever had. The food taste was really bad with a really bad smell of oil in the food. But still we didn't complain. And then the waiter says they have charged service charge of 4 pounds to our bill of 16 pounds as we ordered small meal. Upon asking the manger was really very rude and he misbehaved. He said they charge it to every customer which was a complete lie and not even what waiter told.I will never recommend this place to anyone. Those guys are really ill mannered and greedy.

The worst restaurant I have ever seen, me and my wife went there and we had ordered starters , drinks and desserts.Though the bill was nearly 16 pounds he was asking 20 pounds with 4 pound as the service charge. This is because we had less bill as the waiter said, upon our denying this extra amount the manager said this is what we charge for every customer which was a complete lie and contradictory to what waiter said.We ended up not paying that amount and guess what he said if you don't pay this extra amount we won't be serving you next time.The food quality was also very average as they use mustard oil for cooking and was not cooked properly.

First visit here with colleagues, the service and portion size was good but when it came to food taste it was very bland, sheekh kebab starter and tandoori chicken was hard as a rock and the pilau rice had no aroma or taste of so called basmati rice that waiter said they use, first time ever I had a Delhi Belly straight after and I am from Indian subcontinent :), not recommended.

Ordered at 18:15 on their app, it’s now 21:00 and still waiting on our delivery. Three calls, to be told delivery driver is stuck in traffic, it’s on it way, it’s nearly there. Rang for the fourth time and I could here them talking saying it’s not even out yet. They then confirmed the order hadn’t even been passed to the kitchen to be cooked! Been using Balti Central for 7 plus years, and after the farce tonight will not be using them again.

Excellent service,value and food. Best curry house in Northampton. Won't go anywhere else
