Family meal out, the food was all delicious, the staff were friendly and efficient and the atmosphere was lovely. We were there for three hours and not at all rushed. I am always pleased when I eat here.

Leanne our waitress was very friendly and took the time to talk to us and made us feel very welcome. Lovely meals along with brilliant cocktails. We really had a great experience at the Northampton branch of Bella Italia and look forward to returning.

Food was very nice and the price was pretty reasonable, staff were friendly and place was clean. Menu was small than i thought it would be but what I chose was lovely.

I had a Pasta with prawns. Quality was excellent, though it isn't much, so a starter would be needed to fill you up atleast.Location and interior looks great.I'd go for the two course meal next time (£13,99).

Table reservation was not available upon arrival but manager soon resolved the issue. Friendly staff with great selection of foods and drinks. Cocktails are well worth trying. Made our bday celebration a good night out thank you. Hope you enjoyed the bday carrot cake !

Served by Paola, what fantastic service! Extremely friendly and outgoing, took such great care of my family and I, really ensured we had the fantastic night, the food was brilliant, barely any wait time. Definitely recommend!!!

Was OK but not the best one I've been to . Staff seemed friendly enough but did have to wait a while to get their attention ( restaurant wasn't busy at all ) and the food was OK . Some dishes lacked flavour and some of the pasta dishes wS watery but Pizza was nice. flat bread you could of used as a brick though. Will try again maybe I just got a bad nice

The food and service was excellent. A special shoutout to Amy who served us, her friendliness and professionalism (including to help with choosing from the menu) made an extra to the experience beyond "just food". Such things really make the difference between one restaurant and another. Thank you.

Very poor. The vegetable sticks served with our sons starter were old, at least 3 days since peeled and cut by the look of them. My wife's pizza managed to be both under and over done at the same time. My chicken pasta dish was extremely salty and cold in the middle. Pizza and pasta sent back, we did not reorder!
