Bewiched Coffee Northampton in Northampton

Called into this place on Saturday…… really wished I hadn’t bothered….. service was slow rude staff and one undoing his pony tail hair and flicking it about where the food was being prepared ( by prepared I mean heated but cakes were on an open shelf just in front of him) Took the can of drink and coffee was bought to us I went to ask where the food was to be told “ we’re busy and we’ve only got one grill” when the food arrived it was only warm, I really could not be bothered with complaint after the last confrontation, I would not say they were overly busy at this point and as a customer that is not my problem……. Don’t think I will be calling in to this place again.

Great place to get a drink, sweet treat or bite to eat. Love the fancy drinks they do on top of just your standard coffees. Flavoured hot chocolates and iced coffees are great. Much more affordable and interesting than the big chains. Been there lots of times to catch up with family and with my kids and husband. Friendly staff and clean tables with plenty of room between them.

If you want great coffee with great service then try Bewiched. I was served by Michelle today, she was friendly, smiling and polite. In fact every time I have been to Bewiched the staff have been friendly, smiling and polite. It makes a nice change to get such great service consistently.

I have just enjoyed my best Almond milk cappuccino ever, made by Aaron who is the store manager. Hot chocolate was also good I was told!Definitely will visit again.Denise

Had two hot chocolates a traditional and Rolo, excellent prices and drinks. Warm homely feel, would recommend over Costa or Starbucks.

Just had a marvellous Gingerbread Latte made by Gracie - lovely welcome and service.

Very nice place. Amazing people and tasty food. I really like that they have book corner where are books for everyone, including children.

I was visiting UK for a few days, stopped by to warm up.Delicious cappuccino and chocolate twist. Service was great, the girl on the counter was so nice made me feel welcomed!

Friendly staff, cozy interior design. Been here a few times. A definitive choice over the other cafes in the shopping center. Great selection of drinks. However, I believe its lacking on the food/Snack front. Would like to see a greater selection of cookies, buns or sandwiches. But for what it is, it’s great! I would definitively come back. Good internet connection.
