Burger King in Northampton

As expected from burger king, great burgers fast orders.

Ordered meal through Deliveroo. Delivery time kept getting pushed back and then came late and cold, Only had to come 2.2 miles from restaurant. Food put in bin as unedible. Deliveroo then have the cheek to refund £5.00, Note also Spent enough for Free delivery for it then to be added back on at time of paying. Won't use these again. Not even 1 star does it.

Excellent service with a smile.Staff even offered to help me to my table as I walk with a stick.Nice, fresh, tasty, piping hot food.I was given plenty of salt and sauces to accompany my whopper meal which was only£4.49 with the app.Excellent portion sizes.I'll definitely come again.

When I go to this branch I always wait to be served and then for the food but at least the food is fresh, make in that moment not hour ago.

I have no real complaints apart from perhaps the store could do with a facelift otherwise I always enjoy my visits

Waited 40 mins for an order, would understand if they were busy, they were getting people's orders wrong it was a nightmare. I'm presuming she was in charge but she spoke to her staff and customers in the most awful way. There was one member of staff unfortunately didn't get his name but he seemed more in charge than the manager and he kept apologising for the delay. Won't be going back in a hurry.

Terrible service music was far too loud took my son to the toilet there was no soap or toilet roll. Reported to staff but still not sorted before we left. Very disappointing as usually really enjoy BK

Every time I come to this Burger King. There is no staff available to take my order. And if you don’t have long time. Because you own got 1 hour for lunch. There don’t help the situation. There should get self checkout like McDonald’s or some KFC’s

Polite staff as ever. Food decent, just the place itself seems so run down and dreary. Yet there's a new one up the top of the town no one uses all clean and tidy, makes no sense.

Came here this evening to the oke on market square Northampton.2 people on front til. 1 was mainly doing online orders and the likes of just eat. The other lady was taking eat in orders. So slow. From arrival to getting food it was 25 minutes and that was just a small meal for me and a kids meal. The place was filthy. Bins overflowing. Floor dirty. Tables dirty. Just an unpleasant time in there. Food was warm not hot. Price was ridiculous. £11 for that. Burger king you have gone way way down over the years.
