Asked three times what we wanted at different times while I was waiting when got home one order was wrong but charged me for what I had asked for and health and safety they had toddlers going into the kitchen area taking utensils into the shop to play with never go again

Awesome takeaway. Very flavorful and lots of choices. Definitely treat yourself to the wings and ribs, they're delicious. Ordered pick up and a lot of food was ready in 20mins. Highly recommended!

I ordered the Prawn Thai Green curry and it was so spicy. A Thai green curry is made with coconut so I have no idea why it was so hot, bare in mind I order a Madras from for an Indian.The dish was bulked up with overly large cut onion.I'm complaining purely because I was expecting an Thai Green curry and didn't get it.If you want Chinese food then this place is good. If you want anything else just don't bother. Should remove from the menu what you aren't able to deliver.

Food was ordered through just eat was supposed to arrive in 50mins to 1hour some how arrived within 10minutes of ordering the order was a half crispy duck spicy salt and chilli wings and mini spring rolls the food some how was cooked from fresh and delivered in 10minutes?? Alarm bells straight away open up the bag to find the "half crispy duck" was about 5-6 bits of actual duck meet and another 6-7 pieces of nothing but fat and skin rang the restaurant to see if there was a mixup women answers in perfect English takes postcode after explaining the issue all of a sudden she forgets her English skills and keeps repeating "no quarter half" then proceeded to put the phone down

This is our favourite Chinese takeaway! Service is always impeccable, food arrives quick, hot and so tasty. All staff are friendly and courteous. Keep up the good work!

AVOID AT ALL COSTSIf you like your food to turn up late and cold with dishes missing this is the place for you.Ordered my food at 6pm for a 72 minute delivery.Goods turned up 30 minutes late, with 2 dishes missing and 4 dishes cold.Called them and was told it will ALL be replaced in 15 minutes (AMAZING SERVICE)40 Minutes went by, nothing. Called them and was told its just being finished and will leave in moments (I live 5 minutes away)30 more minutes passed, still nothing. Called again, they answered then kept me on hold for 24 minutes. Was then told that its the drivers 1st day and she's had issues.25 minutes passed (STILL NOTHING) Called again, to cancel my order, once again the phone was answered, they they just left me for 26 minutes occasionally talking to me then coming off the call.I was told I could have the food that was originally delivered as a gesture of good will while i await my food. Baring in mind it was cold when it originally was delivered over 1h30m ago.10 minutes later food turns up, driver says she's been working there ages and she's only just been given the food.Will never order from here again!!

Food good and very good driver. However, the owners are extremely arrogant and only accept orders when they feel like it. Happy to take your money if they are quiet but simply decline online orders placed on line when they want to. Customer loyalty means nothing to this restaurant.. advise you to avoid.

Placed an order on just eat, checked all my detail were correct then proceeded to order.The delivery guy came, ignoring the note to walk up the side of the house, so spoke to him out my flat window. He refused to give me my food because one digit was apparently out on my phone number on the receipt, which I oniw it was not, and even though everything on the receipt was exactly the same as on my phone, still would not give me my food. I called the take away then 10 mins later he came back.henohoned me and asked me to come outside, even though its freezing cold and I'm registered disabled. He then proceeded to argue with me the point, while further letting my food get even colder.Never again will I order if I know this driver will be delivering.Now to eat my cold food!!

Been going to the one for years. Overall great food and chips are better than nearby chip shops. Batter for fish not so good but good size portion and it's Chinese takeaway more than a fish and chip shop.
