Coffee Lounge in Northampton

the place is nice initially when you first walk in, but the outside seating area is quite badly put together. the waitresses are very nonchalant when taking orders, and there was an issue with payment at the end of our meal and one of the girls started swearing, big lack of formality. not once did we get asked how our food was or if there was anything else we needed. their breakfast options are not too bad, although the vegetarian sausages they offer are horrendous, no vegetarian wants to be greeted with a fried mush of vegetables; i would recommend buying some quorn sausages for the future. we also received glass bottles of sprite, which was odd because usually restaurants would provide glasses with ice and lemon for those kinds of drinks. the workers, cashier, cooks etc were very loud and it was quite a chaotic environment to be in. not the best experience.

Defiantly will not recommend this place for a breakfast, this was worst breakfast in my life !!! Tost was burnt, omlet burnt. And the price for Sachs bad breakfasts its to high.

I had a poor customer experience in October 2018 from this eatery (given visibly dirty cutlery and out-of-date condiments) and decided to revisit it again in December 2018 whilst waiting for my car MOT to be done.I found the place had been thoroughly renovated from my previous visit -- it now looks very fresh, modern and most importantly, more inviting. The old setup was very gloomy and unappealing.The eatery had dramatically improved its tea selection, and now provides free wifi access.The prices were fair, food portion sizes were very reasonable, waitress and cashiers were friendly, and the food delivery times were excellent.Cutlery given was clean, condiments are all in-date, and the tables were clean.My only gripe is that the tables are annoyingly wobbly, regardless of which ones you sit at at' the shop front window area.Well done Coffee Lounge on the marked improvements! I have revised my rating from 1/5 stars to now 4/5! :)

It used to be a decent little coffee house. I had the the breakfast there and it was pretty good. It has been closed now for the last few months and doesn't look likely to open any time soon.

Enjoyed the food. Has a variety of tea. Friendly staff. If I had a specific requests, they were listened.

Very good food and price. Best Lemon and Ginger tea I ever had.

An amazing (if hungover) experience. A large group with complex orders was never too much trouble for the wonderful staff here. Highly recommended.
