Busy but got served straight away, staff as ever always very polite.

I would like to say Mrs Adriana Nicoleta which is working as a barista at Costa Coffee Shop (Abington Street) is the kindest person I ever meet and a specialist barista, Always making my coffee ☕️ really good smooth creamy absolutely PERFECT. Thank you so much Mrs Adriana for the best experience you share to Costa’s Coffee clients, making the best drinks ever with the best strong flavour and making our day way much better because of your lovely and kind smile.❤️

Staff just simply lovely and always positive, nice way to start my day with a cappuccino made by Adriana!!

Great place. Lovely manger and most of the lady's there are great to chat to. Have great fun and chat with most them. Always welcome me good service from them

Sub standard,hot chocolate Luke warm,ordered the Black Forest hot chocolate looked nothing like the advertisement for it!! Served in a cardboard cup as no glasses due to dishwasher broken,toilets out of order,tea cake over cooked burnt on the bottom.not a good Costa

Ordered Costa from Deliveroo. The panini and flap jack were not delivered. Tried to call them, twice, no answer. Yet, I still have to pay Deliveroo £3.99 for delivery and wait up to 10 days for a refund!!! It's really simple, I ordered 3 things, please deliver 3 things. I'm not ordering from this Costa again - I doubt management will even read this. I am so pi**ed off.Edit - Stupidly ordered on the 10th November. Again they didn't send the panini. They just sent the 2 coffee's. So, I've paid £2.99 plus Deliveroo's service fee for 2 coffee's. They don't pick up their phone either. It's just lazy service. They could have called me and asked me if I wanted a different panini. Now, I have to wait 10 days for a refund. I'm never ordering again ever!!! They don't care about their customers. I was charged in total £15.12 for 2 coffees and have to wait 10 days for some sort of refund. Rubbish.

The Best Costa Coffee In Northampton Came Here At Lunchtime While I Was At Work Experience Was A Bit Busy At Lunchtime. Two Floors Upstairs Seating Which Was A Plus Bonus. Hard Working Well Mannered Friendly Staff Great Customer Service. Me Hot Chocolate Was Creamy And Yummy. Me Toastie Was Nice and Hot. Relaxed Environment. I Sat Upstairs. Thanks Costa Coffee I Have Never Experienced Such Friendly Polite Well Mannered Staff and Good Customer Service
