Dixy Chicken in Northampton

We purchased a meal online from this takeaway and as far as we we’re concerned we’d paid and all was well the food was delivered and very much enjoyed . What we didn’t expect was a knock on or door at 1.30 in the morning from the delivery driver because he’d had the price of our food deducted from his wages and had decided to come to us to get his money back. We had no idea that the online payment hadn’t gone through. Nobody had contacted us from Dixie chicken for payment. I’m disgusted that the delivery man thought it was ok to get me out of bed at 1.30 in the morning. But mostly I’m disgusted that the manager of Dixie chicken thought it was ok to deduct the price of the meal from the delivery man’s wages . Do these people live in the dark ages. Do they know nothing about employment law. I will not be eating from here again if that’s how they treat there staff.

Is there an option to give zero stars, the customer service is so bad, one man who claimed to.l be the manager doesn't even know how to even deal with a complaint, we brought 8 meals and 3 of the meals.had hardly no chips one box had 7 chips in it rang to complain and the so called manager didn't do nothing and said this is how it's done. What rubbish won't be going there ever again. Avoid

do not enter .enter at own risk.this is the worst place in npton for food . the oil is 4 weeks old .hardly change the oil .chicken is processed .very poor hygiene. rude staff .don't take card only cash .horrible food .its so nasty that you wouldnt wish it to your worst enemies.if you want food poisoning and upset stomach then you should go to dixies

We really enjoy the chicken BUT delivery is VERY SLOW. so the food is a little cold. Its a pity because the chicken is tasty especially the sizzler pieces

Your average chicken place that hits the spot when you need greasy junk food. Prices are decent and service is good.

I ordered food 10:30pm, they said gonna deliver 45 mins they didn't turned up at all neither answered my calls. Very poor customer service. Wasn't able to taste their food would be bad as their customer service. Won't call them again

Well i went to this place to order food yesterday. There customer service is quite shocking as stood there for a good 5 minutes to be served and also they told us there was a 15 minute wait which took longer than that. The food also made us ill to the point we were being sick all day the next day i dont recommend ordering from these. When i took the food home it was that greasy the box actually broke at the bottom and the chicken and fries stunk of pure grease 🤮

The best fast food place where you can eat. Staff is very friendly, always they are giving more fries and the burgers are very delicious. I highly recommend 'Double- Decker'. They also have good offer, so don't hesitate to go there.

The food quality was horrible. The chicken smelled do bad and nasty and it wasn’t fresh at all. When it was delivered to me I just opened the box with chicken and because of that stinking meat I didn’t even try and put straight in the bin.The fries had no taste, too oily and cold. Will never order again from Dixy!Doesn’t deserve even 1 star. I would put -1

Soon I enter in shop the guy went back got busy with his phone so was waiting if someone could take my order ..After 5 minute waiting a guy come and toke my order so I ordered peri peri wings portion chips and a drink the fries they serve are awful so I said I can I have pita instead the guy said sorry we can’t change it it was cold and tough fries the wings when they were hot they were good soon they got cold turned in to stones😡😡 I’m very angry I will never ever go to this Dixy again and I will not recommend to anyone. Guys speak to loud in the back so people can’t enjoy their meals.
