Dominos Pizza in Northampton

Have a £25 voucher that they will not let me use on line. Tried to order the bigger sharer deal, 2 large pizzas, 2 sumptuous sides ( including garlic pizza bread and wedges) plus bottle of drink, but was told only option for sides was dough balls! This order on the website was £29, but over the phone it was £49!!! Rip off, won't be using them again.

Poorest delivery service I've ever gone through. Do not deliver to your property but still charge for it. Below poor, unacceptable.

Would give 0 stars if possible Ordered two of the overpriced bloody pizzas only for them to never arrive and no one to answer the phone when we called the shop.

Tough one to review! The food was hot and delicious and the order was correct. When I called to check progress, the young man I spoke to was lovely.However, it did take 2 hours from when I ordered at 4pm on a Sunday. The app tracker is fun - but not helpful. It would be better if there was some indicator of how long you can expect to wait.My advice, if using the app, is to order early and be prepared for a long wait. Ignore the tracker - it will just make you impatient.

Waited nearly an hour after placing the order and then called them to check re the order. Was told there's a waiting time of an hour and a half. This info wasn't provided on the website or the the order confirmation email. They said they can't edit that, but didn't make any effort of letting us know either. Very disappointed and cancelled the order.

I have been waiting over an hour, for the app to still say that my pizza is being prepared. I’d go to another pizza place if you’re looking for quick service…

I always bought from here but this time the pizza was bad made not coocked enoughAll poizzas I got were very good until today was poor made and not coocked enough I said I want tomatoes on my pizza I couldn't see it.i don't know what u doing but I feel like they just make your pizza fast and they are not careful how they do it .sorry but I'm disappointed

Diabolical service... on 2 occasions now my pizza has arrived in terrible condition , either sat on or driver has taken the pizza on a formula 1 experience. . Store seems to have more managers then pizza toppings, and not one can manage ! Rude , purposely cut you off when you ring . Dominos has gone right down hill over the years

If there was a 0 star I'd give that tonight, orders well overa hour and a half before closing hours (1:45am)... Just got my pizza just before 3am.. should of just cooked a pizza from home. Absolutely ridiculous for a delivery time. Should of just ordered something from Just Eat and not here. Wouldn't order again!!

Have to say this was terrible this time. Pizzas came and we not very warm. Both pizzas were raw in the middle. The cheese was still white and uncooked and the mushrooms still hard. Phoned the store. They told me that's how they come. Only I've never had one like that before. They then offered to replace them. Replacements didn't arrive so ended up ordering elsewhere. Shame I can't add pictures on here. Won't use again.
