Flames Grill in Northampton

WHAT HAPPENED!!!!!! NASTY AND DISGUSTI G !!!! Will not be coming back in a hurry to flames, ordered for 6.30pm and turned up at 7 did this specifically so the traffic had died down and when I phoned to complain not only was he unapologetic but guess what.....he said its the traffic !!! No it wasn't don't lie , I've been a delivery driver in Northampton for nearly 30 years and know how long it should take to get from town to Abington and you have so many different options!! And I'm not even going to mention the food !!@

Food is nasty rude on the phone I asked for my food to have certain salad a sauce came wrong over charged me to be care scammers also hygiene is not to standard

The Iskender Kebab is delicious aswell as the chips. The prices are low, the staff are very friendly and helpful and they never leave you waiting long. The portions are also massive. Ive tried several kebab places and always come back to Flames. Best in the area.

Can't even call the thing i recieved "food".Burnt chicken breast in the sandwich, uncooked beef burger meat and the spicy wings were made atleast yesturday ( cold and smelled funny ).No wonder food hygene rating is 1/5..but didnt check before ordering.Guys , 1 advice , close the shop before some1 dies of food poisoning.Kind regards,

At midnight, the tables and seating is clean and spotless. Professional service, good chips, huge burgers. A little too pricey

First time delivery order tonight. Wait supposed to be 45 minutes. After 75 minutes I finally spoke to someone who was completely unhelpful just advising there must be a delay as all their orders were out for delivery but no idea how much longer it would be. Finally arrived an hour late therefore barely warm. Content reasonable otherwise. Will not use again though. Suggest they start their own delivery service instead of relying on these large expanding companies disinterested in good customer service.

Ordered pizzas that come to £17.85 an waited for delivery must have totally forgot about the food while watching a film wasn't until a few hours later I realised an they were closed so waited until today to call back an heard guy in background say it's not my problem is his fault rudely then the cheeky guy tried to get me to pay the same again for the food, been using this place for over 10 years I reckon and that one comment has put me off going back in there an spending another penny to feed his bankroll an pay for his luxuries. Really bad attitude from what I saw as my go to takeaway, let down by a business that's run where the customer is obviously wrong. Would have given 0 stars if I could

I got recommendations from colleagues about this place. Unfortunatelly can give max 2 stars for the food. Chiken kebab was raw or defrozed and cooked not properly. Pieces of salads (cucumbers and tomatoes) were slided in a big chunks,only good as a side and way too big to put in a burger, it was literally 1/4 of tomatoe placed on burger. And the worst - garlic souce. The taste is not even close to garlic, it's a simple mayo. So 2 stars for good custumer servise and burger meat.
