Freddys Chicken in Northampton

I asked for hot peri peri wings they just gave me normal plain peri peri wings it tasted bland no flavour at all waste of 5 pounds

Chicken too salty for my liking.

Freddy's fried chicken wings are the best. Great seasoning on the fries, and always plenty of sauces for dipping. Thank you 👍

I have ordered a food over the phone, then I turned up to collect it, just to find out they didn't proceed my order. I did not hear any apologies after all. This firm is a complete joke to me. Avoid if you can!

I order 2 burgers and 6 chicken wings. Wings was missing from my order,and the burgers was very salty.not going again.

I wouldn't even rate it all that to be honest with u me and my patner and my mate have come away tonight being sick after two days off having it and it's the chicken I also have pictures off the chicken under chocked from my partners chicken lucky he only had 2 as the box was full it's disgusting how they don't cook it properly I'm fuming!!

1 star is a compliment considering 2/3 times I have ordered from Freddies, I have thrown up that food later that day; which is really no surprise considering upon further investigation there food hygiene rating is 1 star, something they hide very well in store as they do not display it, however when in store it is clear the conditions are despicable, on top of all of this their staff are a disgrace; My delivery’s consistently arrive late AND incorrect. When ordering in store if you’re unlucky enough for the cashier to be on the phone, you are guaranteed a long wait as they make no effort to apologise or tell you how long they will be, they simply avoid eye contact whilst the workers in the back pretend they are busy with other things, I stood for 5 minutes at the front of the queue before just giving up and leaving out of frustration. Although I wouldn’t expect a faultless service from a cheap chicken shop, at the same time rudeness and incompetence isn’t expected from anywhere where you are a paying customer.

Good chips but 3 out of 4 times ive ever been here (in the last week and a half!!) they've screwed up my order. One time I ordered a bean burger and requested no cheese or mayo for a vegan, get home to find it's a bloody beef burger with cheese. They had to go hungry that night. Sort yourselves out it's ridiculous.
