Disgusting food ! Mashroom look like been heated up for 100 times in microwave ! Dont go !

Ate the battered halloumi and chips and it was lovely. Hot, crisp and plenty of it - my travelling companions chose McDonald's and shot jealous looks over at my grub.

Absolutely rude lady called Karen serving us. My friend who doesn't eat meat asked if he could have just an omelette bagel, she refused saying the bagels are pre made up, so he went to look at sandwiches to which she rolled her eyes. Food and drink came to £13.02, friend paid with a £20 and again she rolled her eyes and huffed. Yet she was lovely to me and polite and smile at me asking if I wanted milk, sugar, sauce etc. So she is either a racist or don't like men, either way, a blind man could tell she was acting differently towards my friend. I will never go back to this place and feel she needs to either be neutral around customers or find a new job

I use these services alot and at Northampton southbound I find they are very slow serving your food. The person who suppose to be cooking decided to have a wonder

Ordered 3 x cheese burger and chips.Worst burger we've ever had. Bun was incredibly stale and half had to be removed to prevent a combination of suffocation and dehydration. Burgers were tepid at best, cheese not even close to melting. Missing pickle. Chips were hot at least but tasted of old grease and left a nasty film in the mouth.Won't be going back.

Tasty food, average service - nothing in plus, nothing in minus. We've ordered the full English breakfast, waited for 10 minutes for my dish. I recommend this pleace.

An absolute joke to only allow 2hrs parking before charging £20. They say pull over, don't drive when tired, have lunch.. 2hrs really is on the cusp and they know it. I was hear for 2hrs 5 mins and just noticed the faded signs before leaving. Avoid this place, I know I will from now on.

Great food cooked properly. Deal for two meals £12.99 and had a great choice. Pictures of menu with posting. Worth waiting the extra time whilst food was cooked. Had Chilli Con Carne on recommendation and it was great and my son had the beef burger which was really good. Better than McDonald's next door. Great service will come back if travelling on M1. Well done Fresh Food Cafe we need more places like this.

Disappointed, ordered chicken tikka with extra naan and onion bhaji. Wait time over 20 minutes and food not great. Pappadums drenched in oil and very salty, onion bhaji looks like flat pressed something, more like a hash brown. Burger van in any layby would serve better quality curry using Pataks jar from supermarket. If you want decent curry, this is certainly not a good place. I put negative reviews very rarely, however this meal deserves no more than one star.

Love this place. Good quality cooked to order food. Gluten free wraps, Will do any breakfast gluten free for you.Food as piping hot, fresh and delicious. Large portions too.Friendly staff.Part of the Northampton services
