Brilliant location, quick and polite service. Had a waffle which was nice the ice cream was good too although the sauce was very synthetic tasting which spoilt it really.

100% disappointed in this place! Don’t get me wrong the waffles were nice but that was about it. DANIELLE was just so rude! I was treating my kids to what ever they liked (at the time they weren’t that busy) so you can clearly see she was getting annoyed and fed up with being at work. Her work colleague came in at 15:50 an sat down (you can tell she didn’t start her shift yet or she’s been on lunch) Danielle said to her colleague, in front of us ‘Loud and Clear’…”Can you start now cuz I’m gonna absolutely loose it in a minute” How disgusting to witness such a bad customer service. I felt so sorry for the other staff member as I would not like to be approached like that when starting a shift or coming back from lunch, especially in-front of my children too… Will not be going back and Certainly will not be recommending as you can tell they Definitely don’t want the business!

Great staff, solid service and a really good selection of frozen treats.

Myself and family went for a treat we had wsffles and ice cream and it was mmmmm......mmmmmmmm......mmmmmm....lovely will def go again. HIGHLY recommended. 21😛😛😛😛😛😛

Disappointed with our visit to Gallones in Weston Favell today. The service was surly and the ice creams I got for my grandchildren were minimal. £2.50 for one dollop of ice cream and a tiny amount of sauce, no wafer and no sprinkles.
