A gem of a shop. They stocked everything I wanted. Good friendly service. I'll be back there soon.

This Place is 5 start at what it does, Simple options at fair prices and service with a smile... My new goto coffee shop when people ask...why throw money at tax avoiding corporates when such places as this exist??

Not just a cafe. Home made jams, chutneys, greetings cards, hats, and other little crafts for sale as well as a printing service. Lovely community minded staff always happy to help.

Picked up coffees and lovely rock cakes this week. Good to know you are still able to do takeaways. :)

A great little cafe to meet friends or have a bit of peace. Very friendly staff and great food. Not a major problem, but shame its far down Kingsley front from the racecourse - a good walk through for excuse to eat cake!

Nice little coffee shop with a friendly feel & a good menu. My bacon, lettuce & tomato sandwich was just right. Although dogs are not allowed inside, they have a tie up ring at the front & a bowl of water readily available.

Really nice local community Cafe, always a few regulars around. Heather is always baking fresh goods and there's always a welcoming atmosphere. Very kind and helpful people too and not odd or off the wall in any way at all.... honest!

I expected to be greeted jovially due to reading other reviews but was disappointed when I walked in and didn't feel this positivity. Furthermore I asked for a Flat White to takeaway. This is usually 2/3 shots of espresso in a 8oz or smaller cup with milk of about 10% foam. Instead I got an extra hot latte in a 12oz cup. However, I am impressed with the quality of the coffee compared to their competitors up the street.

Always a friendly welcome, the sort of place you can visit happily on your own or with friends, it has that 'pub' feel where you are sure to meet someone to talk to if you are in the mood. However the food is great always with a couple of Heather's freshly baked cakes and a range of teas.
