Absolutely disgusted with the service me and my friends recieved!Firstly one of our starters didn't come, when asked for it, waiter says "oh I thought you only ordered one of those as a main!No apologises even if it was a genuine mistake!Then mains are served and one of the mains does not arrive! Upon asking we were told 5 more minutes and then had to chase it up again after 10 mins only to be approached with both the starter and main both exactly the same.Refused and told them to take back the starter as we no longer required it with the mains!Manager says he will sort it out for us in the end after complaining, only to give us a WHOLE £2.50 of an £80 bill! But the best part, wait for it...he could not do anything because he is only the MANAGER it is the BOSS that took the decision!Saw 3 others walk out as they were waiting a while and were not even approached with a menu!!Never seen anything so shallow...

Amazing food, the most flavoursome I've experienced in a long time. Friendly service and you take your own booze in with you. Thoroughly recommend!

A bit overpriced, service was good but food wasn't anything special. Lamb was well over cooked and kebabs felt like had more filling than meat in them. Used to be better.

Loved the food and it was a lovely clean restaurant. Highly recommended, will definitely eat there again.

This is a fairly new establishment with a well known brand but it's ashame that they have not lived upto their name.I have visited this place a few times in the hope they would improve as the manager always has an excuse as to why things don't go well. I shall explain further.The food does not have the original K.O flavours as they promise but rather very bland. The portions a ridiculously small and the quality is never consistent.I ordered a chicken tikka and it was absolutely disappointing, you literally get 6-7 pieces of chicken the size of wotsits, no salad nor any sauce, for £5 that's a joke. I also ordered lamb chops at £7.50 which you get four tiny pieces that came under cooked, no salad. Definitely not worth the price.I ordered a K.O special biryani at the price £7.50. The portions was not great but the rice flattened to look loads with minimal amount of meat.Boiled rice cost £4.00 not even enough for one person. Naan also cost £4.00, shocking!!..Now I shall explain the rest of my experiences. The service is really poor, they are not busy but they are very slow, you have to constantly look for a waiter to ask whether things are coming such as sauce, salad or even the starters as main dishes seem to arrive before the starters.When you try to be honest and ask why chops are still pink inside, all you get is the management blaming their tools ie the charcoal is not ready or the butcher has done wrong ect.The manager is very flamboyant, looking the part and you can't miss him as he speaks with a lisp, but it's ashame as the food quality is poor, the service is lame and the prices over inflated.Overall very unhappy and disappointed with all the times I have been there. For what you pay you get far less. Only thing I can say positive about this restaurant is the decor which has character but sad to say nothing else has character.Would not be going there in a very long time.

The food is consistently good, and on occasion it's the best meal you'll have, last time we didn't touch any of the sauces we'd normally use just because the meats were so juicy and we'll cooked

Very nice seating especially upstairs but you have to reserve it prior to your arrival 4.5/5Food was mainly good apart from some food being bland and too salty 3.3/5Service was extremely good and the waiter was very nice 4.8/5

Greeted & seated, placed our order 2 starters, 2 mains & 2 7-UP's (because they have no alcoholic beverages on sale) Sat & waited... And waited... And waited... And waited... In fact, we waited more that the waiters were waiting because not a single member of staff were in the restaurant seating area throughout our visit.Eventually after 40 minutes of sitting around & still no sight of our starters (or staff for that matter) we decided enough was enough, threw a fiver on the table for the 7-UP's & left.Can't comment on the food quality, but if anyone is lucky enough to get any bought out it'd be interesting to read a review about it.

Awesome food. Their fish is delicately spiced and not overpowered. Their calamari is cooked to perfection.
