KFC Northampton - Nene Park Sixfields in Northampton

Got my order wrong - as in completely missed out my food but got my sons. Could have driven off before we realised but fortunately we opened it before so I went back. Got some free chips, but that's not really what you want.Had some original chicken. Got one lovely juicy leg, but other piece of chicken was terribly dry. Would have eaten that first if I had known.

Come here most Thursdays around 5pm, today the drinks were fizzy (first time in ages) fry’s we’re just about warm enough to be good, twister was warm, the salad limp and not much of it, (every twister I have had anywhere has been different) chicken strips were ok. The person taking the order was great though, could hear everything he said, he was very polite and got the order right. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For him and the fizzy ness of the drink👍.Why come here I hear you cry!!!Husband likes chicken, that is all 😁

Sharing the same building with Taco Bell, this is my favorite drive through, as we always end up ordering a bit from both. I judge KFCs by their double stacker burgers - and this one is up there with the better restaurants out there. Speedy drive through service. And it's always busy. That should tell you something :)

Got a delivery, the fries bag was about a quarter full and the can of drink was warm.The tower burger was falling apart as well.I won't be using this KFC again

I had a take away from there,The soft drinks were flat and leaked, the burger when I opened it was all over the place. The sauce had leaked all over the place. I was not impressed

Terrible. chips cold ,overcooked chicken that looked and tasted like it had been on a warm plate for ages ,coleslaw missing .it was that bland I might need a covid test.

Staff generally polite when serving.Did spot a staff member helping himself to chips with his bare hands from the packs he had just filled ready for customer orders...... (no gloves on but dealing with food directly!) 🤢🤢

Nice convenient drive through. Staff are courteous and polite which is very important to me. Lately they have been a bit shabby with my orders. Missing food items or receiving a cold burger hence the 4 stars. Overall, good stop off for a bite to eat. There's free parking, indoor dining and toilets on site. The place could do with a make over. Also, they are adjacent to Tacco Bells which is handy.

Foods usually pretty good but can be a bit slow when the drive through is busy. Needs a new cleaner. First time we went there she was dusting dirt and crumbs off the trays and over the cooked food (we asked for replacement food that hadn't had other people's crumbs and muck chucked on it) second time we visited I looked up and noticed they apparently don't clean the lampshades that hang over your food (see pic of low hanging lights covered in cobwebs). Not super impressed.

Absolutely diabolical, unhygienic and worst service ever. I will never eat here again! check out the video and photos of this place. Rubbish on every table, bins overflowing. The place was empty and had 4 staff members standing behind the counter talking.
