Kfc in Northampton

Arrived at 21:50 to discover that the doors were already locked (closing time 23:00).Went to the drive through and waited nearly 4 minutes to be addressed, and even then they had limitations on what was available.Absolutely pointless effort going there tonight.. went round the corner and got food from an outlet who is competent !

Staff's are friendly. Standard food. Overall clean. Reasonable size of free parking.

Not very busy here in the week daytimes. Food was upto the usual standard for KFC but we didn't get the popcorn chicken box with the boneless banquet meal.The biggest issue however is that there is no baby change facility in the as labeled "family bathroom" / disabled toilet. My wife asked the staff if there were facilities in there and if so, could they unlock the door. After a few minutes of them trying to find the key, there wasn't a change table in there anyway.

Disgusting place ..I should of known what to expect when I visited the toilet after placing my order. I should of just walked out ... toilets stunk of pee .and water all over floor .ripped tissues on the floor too ... any way got my food (triology meal) took it back to my truck .I was staying outside overnight .. I ate the burger and a few fries but the rest didn't taste to right .. so the birds had those .... at 0145 I'm finding myself in the back of my trailer squatting over a bag 😡😡 . Won't be eating there again. No stars outa 5 really

The best thing about my experience was the delivery. The bottom of the bag was absolutely covered in grease to the point that the delivery driver pre-warned me about it when he arrived. The chicken was so greasy that the box actually collapsed and the chicken was sitting directly in the bag. The chicken tasted awful - all we could taste was the grease and the rest of the chicken ended up in the bin. This was supposed to be a Mother's Day treat and it has been anything but!

Its good when its freshly cooked and warm. Best time is early evenings I find. Chicken is best - I find the fillets they use on their burgers rather hard and chewy.

The silly bringing in of religion into fast food is crazy. Food good and they do provide salt etc. Lazy as they could offer table service to help us disabled but they won't.

Literally walked into the store few mins past 9pm on a Sunday website says it closes at 10pm. Drove from Milton Keynes as its closer in term's of Halal KFC 🍗 . Got there seats not available to sit in and eat no where on the site does it say that after 9pm you can't sit in. We drove home with the food on the way home we ate the mini Filet burger wasn't hot at all. Its like they had food already fried and sat there for quick despatch. Very disappointed, still 20 mins away from home burgers cold so imagine the rest of the food.

Very clean and fast service. Food was hot. Staff are very friendly and polite. Toilets were clean.

Three of us ate inside the restaurant but it was quite cold. One of my 0arty had a chicken burger but the bap seemed dry and the burger cool and not hot. Portions were small in comparison to other takeaways of the same brand.
