Very bad experience I could not leave less than one star .a void big time. bad food the order cost nearly £50 for family meal missing nearly half of it. the meat still has blood on it . Took the food back to him and told him that The food quality is poor and the order is very short and ask for my money back because this not service should be he refused and says you started eating it and . I ended up leaving the food order to them at the store as it is and they kept my money as well. Such poor customer service. They knew that the order is short of nearly half of and still send it out to me by delivery. They don’t care if you are satisfied or not. You buy again or not they don’t really care. Honestly stay away from them .never a gain.

I ordered food from this place, previously I had no issues. Im a regular customer and love their food. On this occasion they had ran out of rice and replaced it with Spicy Couscous which I cannot eat. They offered NO alternative and promised I would receive a call from a manager, this never happened - a Week later and still no phone call. Spent £24 on food that I couldnt eat - Im very specific about my food. They didn't care and never offered any alternative. I just feel that if they cant sell what they are advertising, they should take it off the menu. Very Misleading and I was left hungry and VERY dissapointed.

First time ordering from here, the food was amazing. Restaurant quality, large portions extremely tasty.

A massive thank you to you all I ordered a set meal on Saturday for the wife's birthday and wow what can I say it was delightful and plentiful your now my go to place.....highly recommended do yourselves a favour order from here.just had a second visit to this superb place again not at all disappointing what a find fresh food cooked in front of your writing this makes me hungry 😀

Food is ok but they take more orders than they can cope with. So waiting times are terrible. Even after being told a collection time you'll sit and wait for ages because they are too busy making food their online deliveries.

Ordered the Chef special for delivery. The meal was superb with large portions. Lamb shish was exceptionally delicious. Loads of Turkish bread. Great food. Delivery was a bit late.

First time of ordering. Have to say the food did arrive a little on rhe cool side but a zap in the microwave was OK. The food is absolutely delicious. Really tasty and really good portions!! They missed something off but after a phone call it was delivered with a little baklava as a bonus. We'll definitely order again.

Absolutely fantastic. Portions size is bang on. Very fresh neat and clean. £35 for 4 people is very good. Just would be better if they included chips. Just the bread should not be as thick. It's better thinner. Amazing people

Excellent Turkish take aways . Food taste great . Burgers were huge and tastes awesome. Sirloin steak was very nice. home made pattes in there burgers. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food is halaal.
