Mansion Fish Bar in Northampton

This was the worst food I’ve ever had not to mention the rat I saw running inside the restaurant. Worst food and the quality was terrible. Never again.

Worst takeaway I've ever ordered from. Food turn up over an hour late and stone cold. Food quality was terrible. Ordered lamb chops and there was pretty much no meat on them, just a bit of fat if I was lucky. Called to ask if they could do anything and they were just rude and unhelpful. Only point they seemed to want to make was I lived 7 miles away so I should apparently expect cold inedible food?!? If 7 miles is too far to deliver hot food don't advertise delivery that far and take peoples money! Unless you want a disappointing and cold meal from rude people I'd avoid like the plague

Used to be a fairly decent chip shop/kebab/pizza takeaway, and the only one within walking distance, but in the last year or so the quality of the food has fallen off a cliff!Soggy chips, soggy batter, indifferent customer service at best. Will be walking a bit further in the future.

Shocking food, chips were very pale, tasted stale and like old oil was used, kebab shish chicken wasnt cooked all the way through and I asked for the sauce separate, but it was thrown all over the food so the pitta was very wet.

Chips are cold and brown and the skeak and kidney pie is hard. What a waste of money. We only live 5 mins away. Second time this has happened to us will not be using again. The only place this meal deserves is the bin.

Absolutely wank. At 1:45am you’d expect them to cook fresh chips but they gave us an old batch & they were stale. The wrap bread for the chicken donner was hard to the point that it cracked along the length whilst being wrapped. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it’s the 3rd time we’ve had poor food.

Don’t waster your time. Ordered here once from just eat. After waiting over an hour for a kebab, rang them to be told “driver couldn’t find it” (baring in mind they had ny number as they had rang to advise they didn’t have something when the order was first placed). So this left me with no food that had been paid for.Thought I would give a 2nd chance driving home one night. Took them over 30 mins to cook a kebab - the place was empty!!

The first time I went there it was good cuz I kicked off straight away, second time I ordered for delivery food was really bad sausage was burned like a brick chips where oily and overcooked let alone kebab it was just really bad I will never order from this place again and the cun*s won't even send you out fresh food again.bad mouthy costumer service.DONT ORDER FROM HERE ITS WASTE OF MONEY AND YOU WILL GET YOURSELF POORLY.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Incorrect order delivered, 2 hours after ordering. Called to complain and got called a liar and also told they were too busy to deliver again. Had to go and collect order. The shop wasn't busy at all and there was 1 woman in there alone doing everything complaining about her son who I guess is the 1 that called me a liar. Clearly a business going under, shame cause the food is ok

Bad. Had a battered sausage and chips from here for lunch last week. Sausage had such a bad taste had to spit it out. Chips looked gorgeous but were really crispy and just tasted of bad oil... only had a few and chucked the lot away. I'm certain the food was heated up from the night before. Have used this place a couple of times previously, and while not spectacular certainly wasn't that bad. Will never visit again.
