Mayflower in Northampton

Ordered the beef chowmien for takeaway. It was one of the best fried noodle I have ever had! Noodle was the perfect size. Beef was super juicy, tender and well marinated, onion and taugeh is sweet as well. Would definitely go back again to try other dishes in their menu. friendly and warm customer service too.

First time customer and honestly blown away. Food arrived fast, was piping hot and delicious. Best Chinese takeaway food I had in years

I have to say it's a pleasant surprise to find a relatively authentic Chinese food in Northampton. The roast duck and Taufu is considered to be central Londons standard. The portions were good sized as well. Will definitely come again.

Me and my friend went later in the evening for a sit down meal, I ordered a chicken chow main which I couldn’t fault however my friend ordered fried oysters, he had two of them which were okay not overly nice, he then bit into the third one and it was undercooked and he gagged from the taste. The main problem was we told this to the owner of the abolishment and she was frankly rude and not giving proper customer service at all. We then protested that we didn’t want to pay for something that was so revolting and after arguing with her she gave us 10% off. I will not be returning to this dive whole and I would advise to not go there.

Food was absolutely delicious, we went on a weekday so it was really nice and quiet. Lots of options and we were not dissapointed. Loved it.

I had a takeawy from this retaurant on 16/12/2021, it was ready in 12 mins! The food was a good portion, had bags of flavour, i cant complain, all-all, i will order again, i recommed this restaurant

We were trying to find a place to eat and we decided to give a chance to the store, which was empty. The staff was so kind and approachable. Took our orders patiently and the food came fast. The food was really great and we were very satisfied. I would recommend!

Almost 2 hours from ordering food to delivery!! How can it possibly take that long? Never again will I be using this restaurant 😒

I ordered on the website but I didn't realize they were closed so my food never arrived. First thing the next morning I received a call from the restaurant who were very apologetic. They issued a refund and offered to deliver the order that evening for free! I asked for delivery at 8pm but at 7.45 I had only just finished work. I called the restaurant but the driver had already left. I got home at 8.30 and the driver was sitting outside waiting for me! They went above and beyond and the food was delicious. Thank you ☺️
