Mcdonalds in Northampton

Slowest McDonald’s in the whole world.. all we ordered was a vanilla milkshake and a raspberry ripple cooler and 20 minutes later still waiting now at the last window where i feel like we have been forgotten about as the window is currently shut.. never experienced service like it.. disgusting!!!

Good quality food, plenty of seating . Wasn't the cleanest of restaurants with left over food on tables and on the floor . But overall not the worst I've been too. by far would good again for sure .

Drive thru, one lane 7 cars faster than the other , sat waiting for 20 mins watched 7 cars in opposite lane go through, big Mac's thrown together had to remake it myself so much for fast food . Never again shocking service.

Lovely lunch today little mix up with my chicken legend but Alex quickly sorted it out and made sure I got a new fresh, piping hot one made. fab service guys 👍

Today was.....the WORST service I've ever received from Macdonald's.Pre ordered on the app, got there parked, registered I was waiting to collect also popped in and could see my meal was being prepared. 20 mins later I came back in to ask, was told they would bring it out when ready. Almost another 20mins goes by and I had to pop back in, was given my meal @ this point i was running late back to work & shocked with how i had been dismissed/delayed -took the meal. Once I'd left, realised my order was one burger short and the food was completely cold.Today's service sadly doesn't even deserve 1☆. #shocking

Typical McDonalds to be fair. Food is always cold when I come to this branch. Always end up sending it back and getting hot replacement. The play around is closed (covid related) and the indoor seating is quite dirty. Better off going to the other branch at Riverside or Town Centre

First visit since the start of first lockdown. The ordering process was very smooth and in spite of the drive through queue I was served very speedily. Food was as remembered. I'll be back

A nice clean and well maintained McDonald’s. The food is fresh and piping hot although on the day I went there was quite a wait for food.I did overhear them at the time saying they had also ran out of ice for the drinks too, which for 2pm was a bit disappointing.

Popped in early on a Sunday morning. Lovely and clean. No issues with food. Nice and hot.

Absolutely disgusting,Came in while it was quiet.One customer complaining to a "manager" about urine all over the toilet floor, staff member took a huff in front of customers when asked to sort it.Most of the tables had rubbish on them and the bins were all over flowing with rubbish on the floor.There was little to no effort from the staff at all.Food collection point was covered in dirt and food.Again, no effort from staff during our visit to do anything about any of it.Avoid.
