Very disappointed!! Ordered a mixed shawarma and a chicken shawarma… both with chips… chips were cold… the mixed and chicken shawarma was full of oil, hardly any salad, hardly any mayonnaise and all the meat was tiny bits, rather than chunks of meat. Don’t get me started the salt… was it mixed meat with salt? Or was it salt with mixed meat. Terrible… just terrible. Waste of £20 and ruined a lovely Friday night.

Shocking on every level !!! Food arrived cold and bland. Photos on the app look good but in truth the food is nothing short of disgusting. I’m sure health and hygiene standards are questionable. Never been so gobsmacked. Shame on you !!

Shame. Food was pretty decent especially for a takeaway joint but unfortunately it arrived cold because it took 45 minutes from when the Just Eat app said it was leaving the restaurant. We only live 10 minutes from town. How can the driver take this much time? Google said there were no traffic issues. We've had a delivery before, so they know the address. No excuses or apologies from the driver. :S Absolutely this driver should be sacked immediately. Once done so, the review rating will be adjusted to match the likely real world service.

Yikes, I ordered the Shawarma twice both with chips and different fillings, the lamb was just full of grizzle and fat and the tomato sauce was not even placed in?So i thought ohwell have a try and i couldnt finish it , it was disgusting some god awful flavours.however 1 star review was because the chips were good , well the 1 portion we actually received...

45 minutes late, Half the order wrong ordered a burger with no salad came with salad driver said not his problem too busy you could've let the customer know everything was freezing cold if I could go lower than one star it would be a -10. al no customer service took forever to pick up the phone didn't pick up the phone in fact. Ordered vegetarian option got meat. does not appear to care about food health and safety

If 0 stars was an option it would be more fitting.Order arrived within time however every single item was frozen cold. Upon ringing the restaurant the only response was “ I’ll speak to the boss when he’s back” not even a apology. For a £35 order you expect a hell of a lot more customer service. As you can imagine nobody ever rang me back!! Shambles, do not buy from here!

When booking there was an estimate of 40min wait, our order took 1hrs 45mins to arrive when it did finally arrive it was cold, the chips had a horrible after taste, the chicken was extremely salty (and I love salt) I didn’t actually eat any of mine it went straight in the bin, I did like the jalapeños though and ate them. We ordered 2 chicken shish wraps and 1x chicken shish, chips, jalapeños peppers with cream cheese. Rang twice to chase my delivery and was not offered a new order or refund Very dissatisfied with the service and the food! Will not be using again.

I placed an order through Deliveroo. Waited over 1.5 hours and nothing arrived.2 points to note.1) don’t order from this place as they are liars. You will not get your food and when you call they will tell you lies. You only have to read the previous reviews. I wish I read them before ordering.2) don’t order thorough Deliveroo as you will not get a refund nor will Deliveroo cancel your order for 2 hours. Yes that’s correct 2 hours. So if you order and don’t get your food you will have to allow 2 hours for a refund.What a joke.I think I maybe starting a new takeaway/delivery app just to teach Deliveroo a lesson and restaurants like this.Watch this space

Placed order for £50 and delivery was given as 30-50 minutes. Tried to ring after an hour and the phone number was constantly engaged/disconnected.The food did finally arrive almost an hour late but the Chicken Kofta was missing and had been replaced with chicken thighs in sauce which had leaked over everything else.Wouldn't be ordering from here again.

Wow, chicken and lamb curries out of this world, cheap price, waiter asked if our food was good. Best curry place in welly rd
