Morrisons Supermarket Cafe in Northampton

Wonderful service, the chap there was incredibly helpful on more than one occasion. We intend to make it a regular thing. Food was Bob on as well.

Almost 5 stars but tables and chairs weren’t clean enough, other than that left happy!

Disappointed with everything , changed table number to a clean table as 25 was dirty all staff out back not busy at all , poached egg was hard boiled replaced with same , was told not to change table numbers not an apology for dirty table . Was told egg might not be runny as its microwave, no apology again . If I wanted a microwave breakfast would have bought one from the store at less then half the price .won't be eating here again .

Had breakfast here this morning and the service we received was outstanding! Dane in the cafe was attentive, polite and just lovely! I hope his service is rewarded as he is a real asset to the store!Also Lynn (I believe) who was assisting on the barista counter in the morning was lovely and super helpful! Despite not being able to prepare my drink, she came over to me in the cafe, to inform me that it had been made and was waiting for me! Lovely staff at this store and I would definitely return!

It did take half an hour for our food to arrive (I can only assume our ticket was missed in the kitchen) but having managed a restaurant for years I know how easily that can happen. I wasn't angry at all, in fact we left feeling very happy and that was all down to the staff who were working today. The blonde lady who took our order was truly one of the LOVELIEST people I've ever come across in hospitality and a real asset to the industry. The other servers were also very kind, passionate and polite. The last who brought out our food apologised profoundly for the wait and was very sweet. These staff deserve recognition!!!

Had pretty good lunch. Ordered and paid for black pudding with my wife's and my breakfast but unfortunately they were out. The staff were very polite and gave us both free deserts to make up for no black pudding. Very professional and the quality was good.

It's a busy but the food is good in my estimation. The staff are polite & helpful. I'm always there on a Saturday morning, having a bit daddy breakfast. ( please keep that on your menu.

It was above my expectations. This was one of the best supermarkets that I visited in Northampton. One of the ways it is good is that it has clean environment. Another thing is that it has a huge space and customers are served well. Great place to be.
