Nando's in Northampton

After waiting 45 minutes Deliveroo called to say they couldn’t deliver our order and it has been disposed of… £68 order and they tell us it’s been disposed of with no refund booked through Nandos website AVOID using - order number #017626

Great food! Portuguese style chicken restaurant. Good spice, good flavor.

Ordered a Fino pita but the chicken was dry and burnt. Threw 75% of it away. Very disappointing. This was for a collection order which was 20 minutes late and the supervisor on the day was very poor at communicating. Had constantly ask about my order. Collection service needs improvement in this branch

I am a Nandos expert having been to over 50 different Nandos’ across the world from Canada to Singapore through Botswana. My friend and I came out of this dinner looking at each other and we said: “Top 15 Nandos” which says a lot. Food took longer than usual but it was cooked to perfection so bravo Northampton Nandos cook. Super central, nice decoration, comfortable seating, clean, … probably as good as it gets.

Really good meal and quick service even on a busy night. Only let down was the only wine options available that night were wine in a can (at the price of over £6 a can!) which i found strange for a restaurant.

Went around 2-3pm last Saturday (19th) and no faults really. Quick service, front of house were lovely, food was good and toilets were clean considering it’s in central Northampton on a Saturday.

Ordering was dead easy. Scan the QR code on the table, order via your phone browser (no app required), and pay by phone. Food arrived within 7 minutes - can't fault it.

We visit regularly and the food is always great, we've never had to complain. Service can be a little slow, especially when the restaurant gets busier, we've had to wait as long as 40 minutes for food, but generally we don't wait longer than 15. We don't always get a check back. Staff have always been polite and helpful.

No beers at all. Food was awesome but disappointing that app shows no drinks rather than just saying they were out of stock. Although a little fella gave us free soft drinks which was nice.

I love Nandos restaurant.Certain Chicken dishes had ran out when we got there at 7pm.So I ordered Butterfly Chicken with 2 sides.Couldn't fault the service at all.Absolutely gorgeous meal too.We had unlimited soft drinks with our meals.
