Recently went here for the first time, since moving to the area. The staff were very friendly and the food was both very tasty and reasonably priced with very generous portion sizes. It's easy to see why it was named as Northampton's best chippy!

Great Curry Sauce! £4.50 for a handful of chips and a fish the size of a small battered sausage! Disappointed! Not the Same chippy I remember back in 2019!

Bought a £4.50 lunch special- Battered Cod, chips & Mushy peas. Battered Cod was to die for, chips darn good and Mushy peas lovely. My friend had Chicken kebab, also yummy!!. You need to go there and try, best time to go, just after 12 noon.

Great service as usual. My first choice when it comea to fish and chips takeaway on a Friday afternoon. Never had any issues with the place. Massive delicious portions served. This place has a long great history in Northampton, no wonder they won the best place for fish and chips in town. I'm glad I'm able to try their meal even today. 5 ☆ I strongly recommend Nick's

Best Fish & Chips in Northampton!!! Friday Rock special is great! Must try. The chips are always cooked to perfection, golden and lovely and fluffy inside! Service with a BIG smile too!!!

I visit Nick's regularly. The team are really friendly, always remember my order, and the chips are always great. My other half has haddock, I have chicken kebab which is chicken breast! Not what you might find elsewhere. FnC served with homemade tartare and lemon wedge. Great value. See my pics...I have mayo and hot chilli sauce on the chicken!
