Northampton Best Kebab House in Northampton

I ordered at around 19:00pm, the website told me that it was processing so I gave it around a hour and a half to call and mention that I still hadn’t received my order.The man on the phone said to me ‘Yes the order at *my address* is two minutes away’. Twenty minutes pass by and I decide to call again to ask where my food was since it’s been a lot longer than mentioned.The man then told me that my order wasn’t there? I understand there are technical difficulties but he said my address? When I was asking about my order I maintained a level head but he got progressively aggressive on the phone.I decided to give up and go to to another place, it would be much better if the customer service was less rude towards me and in all honesty I wouldn’t be writing this review now.It’s not worth going here…

Food was really nice considering the bad reviews I had read, food was abit late but still arrived warm!Ordered 2 kebab meals & only one of the drinks turned up which was Abit disappointing but other than that food was really good

food was late as always, the chips were cold and horrible and about half way through the meal my wife found a bit of METAL and a random coffee bean in the food!!!

It was sorrentino I went to. the food was amazing and and it was a nice relax atmosphere I would recommend highly

If this is Northamptons best kebab house I dread to think what the worst one is like, food wasn’t even nice and spent most the evening on the toilet

First and last time ordering here. Called up after an hour and a half asking where my food was, I was told the driver was on their way and they immediately hung up... Food didn't arrive for another half an hour, so it's no surprise everything was cold. Might have tasted nice but to be honest after waiting over two hours to eat cold soggy chips I wished I would have ordered elsewhere. If you're reading this try Star Pizza, it's the same food, just better. Oh and you gave me the wrong ice cream that I paid £5 for as well.

Absolutely disappointed in my food ordered a kebab.through just eat delivered on time the kebab consisted of 5 slices of donner meat one piece of cucumber a spoon full of red cabbage no lettuce a bit of onion you couldn't even call it a child's portion will not be ordering again if this is the best kebab in northampton god help the town absolute rip off only got one star because it was delivered on time

Name is correct. Litterally best kebab in Northampton. Ordered from here for 2 years now since living in Northampton.They never seem to fail. Chips are great and go perfect with the meat.The portions are great and the price isnt to dear at all.Delivery time is always spot on and 9/10 early.And the kebabs are beautiful.Great job guys keep it up.

Ordered via Foodhub at 18:45.... still no food at 21:15, so called the restaurant. They advised the food was 5 mins away... no apology or explanation why they were running so late. Still no food at 22:30 so after taking a while to get through to Foodhub, eventually spoke to them, and they tried to contact the restaurant. They got through to them and "apparently" the restaurant missed my order.... so why did they lie when I rang them? I gave these guys a second chance after I ordered from them a couple of weeks ago and after waiting 40 mins for the food, I received notification that the restaurant was closed even though the order was accepted. Anyway, refund is being processed but I'm done with these guys and will never use them again if this is how they treat customers.

Best place to grill food and kebab I love to there, food was really good in taste and fresh.
