Nice place ordered 2 drinkGuess what no cash payments Card OnlyDidn't have a card on meLeft the 2 drinks on the bar and went somewhere else .Don't quite see the logic in this leaving the drinks on the bar to get thrown away .Staff very polite said it's company policy

Very lively bar on a Saturday evening, great music, four stars because I haven't tried the food there.

Only criticism was the back room could have had the log burner going a bit earlier ?? Food and service was excellent pork scratchings with the dinner were spot on all in all a nice place to be on a Sunday afternoon 😋

Great place for a casual Saturday afternoon drink. Cocktails look really impressive but I stuck to my favourite, just safe and steady gin!!

We held my daughters baby shower there on 30th January 2022. Although we got the room complimentary which was kind, I have a few pointers for future events for them.1: no toilet roll or hand soap in the ladies toilet2: the bar was unmanned for the majority of the time3: advised by the chef the lamb kofo’s only had a little bit of flour in, to a coeliac. Maybe some re education is in order.

I went to the old house for a hen do afternoon tea.It was held in a room upstairs some very steep stairs to climb.Afternoon tea was not the best I have had in fact it was very poor. No scones but buns.The staff were friendly.

It's a great place to be and go on a night out. Drinks are higher in price than other places and the service is okay to that. You can get a good atmosphere in there inside and out the food upstairs is amazing really is. Overall a good place to consider when out and about

In terms of venue, it's alright. There is plenty of seats and it's done up half decently. My issue is that the the DJ music is so loud you can barely talk to each other without screaming. The toilets have urine all over the floor... literally puddles! And lastly, a round of 1sol, DBL vodka and coke and a cider came to £22! 👀. Average place, but I actually said to my partner, I probably wouldn't go back unless I had to.

Delicious Sunday lunch - perfectly cooked with generous portions and the most amazing fresh Yorkshire puddings .

Really nice decor and ambiance..Amazing food and super friendly staff.. You must try the bourguignon, a new edition to the menu. Will be heading back soon just for this.. Delicious!
