Bad service delivery is slow and they can never give an ETA

This is the best jollof I’ve ever had.. the palace cafe never disappoints. It’s really hard to find good west African food.. I come here when I want to 100% sure that I will get a good meal

The issue with my order was that I waited from 7:51 to 22:20 for the order not to come.Spoke with the restaurant 3 times who reassured me the order is on its way and the driver was coming. Called a 4th time and they said they were not alerted about the order by just eat and that they would start making it now. They did not apologise that I was waiting over 2 and a half hours and I had to call to find out where the food was. When I brought up the fact of apologising and taking away the delivery fee they apologised but said no to the fee waiver and I then asked them to cancel my order. They said they cannot cancel that I have to. I said well that I am being asked to review the food and rate them so cannot cancel. They told me to call just eat. I asked for their number because it wasn't possible. Then they then said they would cancel it on their side. I received a notification of the cancellation, but the reason was the driver could not find my address. Really disappointing. I even fell asleep twice waiting for this order. 0 for customer service. Not impressed

If you are looking for good African foods like Nigerian and Ghanaian foods that's the place for you, Very good and it makes you have that homely feelings. but it's expensive.

What a joke took 2 hours 30 minutes to deliver food was cold and taste like a joke never ordering from here again!!

Best nigerian food in northampton but i would order through uber eats for faster delivery as they dont have enough delivery drivers

stop offering deliveries if you dont have delivery drivers have ordered food so many times and i get them 2 and half hours after the order is made and am very angry today because everyone i ordered food for has gone to sleep waiting over 2 hours for the food. you cant charge 4 quid extra for delivery and give such a terrible service. i love the food but delivery service is beyond terrible sorry for bad review but you need to fix this i will never order delivery again from here if i cant collect id rather just find somewhere else
